  I made an appointment with one of your senior managers Chris and I have been wondering why he came to my property and never got back with me, about the situation at hand. Now I know , it’s a mess!!!! I own a half of a duplex and the other Half’s owner contracted with another local roofing contractor and I asked them to come out and give me an estimate and inspection on what he saw ! He never mentioned anything about the drain spout on my neighbors house was installed backwards holding water and the roof is still leaking, I will take a guess that you didn’t want in it because there is litigation involved but somebody who looks at roofs all day long couldn’t tell me basic details about what I should be aware of??????? I couldn’t be more disgusted with your lack of honesty!!!!!!!!! I am extremely disappointed because my neighbors used Depalma and I watched the roofers that were here absolutely amazing work!!!! As for their management staff, deceitful and I would not recommend them !!!!!!! If you see something wrong with another company’s work and can’t be honest about it, what’s that say about you and the company you are a walking representative for ????? You wouldn’t be an employee of mine that’s for sure, only thing worse than a liar, is thief!!!!! As for the owner, of depalma your company is only as good as your team, and your senior manager I waited 2 weeks to meet with, he’s not a good fit!!!!! Thank you sir, for your response if that is your policy then, that should have been, what they said when I called to schedule the appointment, I will stick with a spade is a spade, I can appreciate that you stand by your employees!!

  I had to replace the rubber roof on my carport. DePalma did a great job at a reasonable price. They were very good with tear off and replacement and did a great job with cleanup. They came back about a week after the job and made sure there wasn't any nails or debris around the yard or grass. Highly recommend. Support local and family owned owned business.

  Chris was quick to come and give a prompt estimate that detailed all the repairs that needed completed. The estimate was fairly priced and the Depalma scheduling fit me in within two weeks. The repair team explained thoroughly what they needed to do and I have had no leaks since the repairs.

  Very pleased with DePalma Roofing through the entire process, estimation through completion of the job. Communication was clear and timely with my questions/concerned answered fully. Our roof was replaced on a frigid February day. The crew arrived early, cleared snow off the roof and then replaced the roof. The crew supervisor communicated clearly and kept me informed as the work was completed. The new roof looks great! I highly recommend DePalma and will consider them for future needs.

  Everyone was fantastic to work with at DePalma. They were able to have someone come out to our house and determine the cause of our roof leak quickly. Very professional and I would highly recommend to all who have roofing needs.
