  Minimal snow removal. They only come once at night, even if it continues to snow during the day. It snowed yesterday and they came to clear it this morning. I don't think I'll use them again next year.

  They make excuses and stop coming to clear the snow. You call them and they don't answer, and they've already been paid.

  By far the WORST snow removal company in St. Jerome. Idiot drivers who push the snow towards a young cedar hedge and destroy it (it was very visible with the first snowfall), don't even clear half the driveway and then leave without ever coming back. Customer service is unreachable and frankly useless. (Don't even bother calling the number, it goes straight to voicemail.) The only time they did things properly was when they had to hire a subcontractor to help them! And on top of that, they ask you to pay in August. Exceptionally incompetent, nothing more, nothing less. Avoid like the plague.

  Hasn't come once this year; the driver just looks and leaves. It's insulting. No service whatsoever. The snow removal schedule gives us no information other than to wait. 0/4 parking done.

  Absolutely not recommended, it's a scam. You have to chase them down to get them to come and clear the snow three days later. We paid for nothing; we were forced to shovel ourselves and sometimes even had to pay our neighbors' snow removal service cash to clear our driveway. I called them at least five times without an answer. It's better to throw your money in the trash than deal with them. I'd rather shovel with my hands than pay them again. I even considered filing a fraud complaint with the police, but I wouldn't gain anything. They call me shamelessly to renew the contract.
