Deluxe Menlo Park Roofing really lives up to what a dependable roofer should be. They installed a GAF shingle roof on my home, and even later i am still very glad i chose them and wanted to share my experience. Their whole team showed true reliability from start to finish. tristan and the crew arrived on time, sometimes early, and worked hard each day to make sure the roof was sealed up well and my home stayed protected. I looked closely for uneven shingle lines, bad nailing, or crooked rows, and I could not find any issues. The workmanship was clean, careful, and professional. The roofing materials were excellent. A roof is more than just shingles, it is a full roofing system with underlayment, flashing, ventilation, and proper installation, and they clearly understood that. They used quality products and paid attention to every part of the job, which gave me a lot of confidence in the finished roof. Customer service was also outstanding. Micah was very responsive, answered all my questions, explained the process in simple terms, and helped with every concern I had. Even when they were busy, communication stayed quick and helpful. it made the whole project easy and stress free. Bottom line, this was a very positive roofing experience. The crew takes pride in their work, stands behind the roof they install, and delivers quality you can see. i highly recommend them for anyone needing shingle roofing or related roof work.

Top notch roofing service from start to finish. This is exactly how a roofer should do business, and they definitely earned us as future customers. Craig stopped by our home to introduce himself, and I mentioned we had just moved in and noticed a shingle had come off the roof. He quickly checked the third-story roofing area and found that an entire ridge section was missing shingles, something the inspection had overlooked. He put a tarp in place right away to protect the roof and gave us the right contact for a small roofing repair job. Ruben was also great to work with. If the whole crew has this kind of honesty, integrity, and strong work ethic, this roofing company is doing things right. We really appreciated the fast help, clear communication, and dependable roof repair support.

I want to share feedback about the soffit and roof edge repairs done on my home in Menlo Park. After storm damage, about 50 feet of soffit needed to be replaced, and the roofing-related exterior work was handled very well from start to finish. Jeffery was professional, friendly, and easy to work with from the first visit. He explained the needed repairs in simple terms my wife and I could understand, walked us through the soffit replacement process, and answered every question with patience. He also gave very helpful support with the insurance claim, which made the whole process much less stressful. The crew was courteous, efficient, and clearly skilled in this type of roofing and exterior repair work. They kept the area tidy, completed the job on time, and the finished soffit looks great and blends in well with the rest of the house. We are very happy with the quality of the workmanship and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing soffit, fascia, or roofing-related repairs.

After I noticed water getting into my kitchen wall, I called Deluxe Menlo Park Roofing for a roof inspection. Tristan came out, checked the whole roof carefully, and found storm damage in several sections, including the spot where the leak was getting in behind the wall. He clearly explained the condition of the shingles, flashing, and other roofing materials, and walked me through the difference between repairing a few problem areas and doing a full roof replacement. Since my roof was older, we agreed that replacing it was the better long-term solution. The crew worked fast, kept the job site clean, and installed the new roof with great attention to detail. The finished roof looks excellent, and most importantly, the leak issue is gone. I really appreciated how professional and easy to work with the whole team was. Tristan took time to answer every question and made the entire roofing process smooth from inspection to installation. I would happily recommend them to anyone needing roof repair, leak work, or a full roof replacement.
