WORST costumer service, The crew kept constantly swearing! and did not clean up. They also did a horrible job on my roof. Do not recommend!

Hi there, We are sorry to hear you had a bad experience. We do take customer feedback seriously and always strive to find a solution that makes everyone happy. We do find it odd that we have no record of your name on file, nor have we received any negative feedback from any of our recently completed projects. We have a policy that every customer must sign a certificate of completion once their roof is done, and at this time the customer is able to report any mistakes or complaints which we would deal with right away. It is unfortunate you didn't take that opportunity to come forward. Please feel free to call or come in and we can discuss this matter. Thank you.

I would just like to say a big thank you to Delrei Roofing and their crew. They did an outstanding job of re-shingling my roof, and I have to commend them for the way they cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend Delrei Roofing to anyone who’s considering replacing their shingles on their roof.

This is a long overdue review. When one of my properties got leak from the roof, Delrei was the only roofer in town picked up my call. They came to the property early in the morning, and carefully inspected everything. It is hard to find good contractors who would care about the customers these days.

Called Delrei when my turbine vent got torn off in the wind. They were over and had a fix in place next day. Awesome work, very thankful.

Had hail damage on my roof and went through Delrei for a replacement. Got the the job done quick, pushed through the wind to finish it up and came back a few days later to inspect it after a wind storm. Didn't leave a mess afterwards and just an overall great experience. Would highly recommend them.

Hats off to Delrei and Riddlers Roofing. Tim was quoting a small job next door when we struck up a conversation. I asked him to quote my 30 year plus tar and gravel roof. He took me up on our roof as soon as he was finished next door. He …

I would give this company a 12 out of 10 if I could. The crews that were here for 4 days were amazing. I have a home business with paws and they accommodated for that. I had 35 year old cedar shakes, not a easy job. Their clean-up everyday was great & have maybe seen 5 staples from my old roof.

I am amazed at how experienced and professional my dome roof was installed. Every day that I spoke to one of the installers they instilled confidence that they knew what they were doing and it showed on the finished product. I would highly recommend them to anyone

Delrei put a new metal roof on our house. We found them to be friendly and very professional. The estimate was prompt and accurate. The roofing crew did an excellent job, cleaned up at the end of the job, as well as every day, and made sure we were happy with everything. They went above and beyond our expectations. We will happily recommend them to anyone, and they will be our first choice for other projects. Thank you so much for a job well done.
