I’m beyond happy with how great the new roof looks. I have a ranch-style home, so most of the roof is easy to see from the street, and the upgrade really stands out. Davis & Sons Roofing & Construction did an excellent job from start to finish. Terry was very patient while I took my time comparing shingle colors and product grades before making a final choice. I went with Landmark Pro Max Def Georgetown Gray, and the architectural shingles give the house a sharp, clean look with strong curb appeal. The workmanship was top quality, the install was handled with real care, and the whole roofing project felt smooth and professional. I highly recommend them for any roof replacement or roofing work.

i had a great experience getting my flat roof repaired after i found a leak. I first reached out through social media after seeing photos of past roofing work, including flat roof jobs like mine. Maurice came by early the next business day, inspected the roof, took clear photos, and explained what was going on in simple terms since i really did not know much about roofing. He was friendly, honest, and easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable moving forward. The price was reasonable for the scope of the work, and the roofing crew arrived when scheduled. They handled both my main house roof and the small front porch roof, and the whole job was finished in about 6 hours. For a roofing project in Garland, that kind of quick turnaround was really appreciated, especially with the strong sun and heat in TX making roof leaks something you want fixed fast. The crew kept the work area fairly clean, showed me progress photos, and shared final pictures of the completed roof repair. i was happy with how everything looked when they were done, and i have not had any leak problems since. I also liked that there was no down payment required and no payment due until the roofing work was completed, which gave me extra peace of mind. Overall, it was solid roof service, fair pricing, and good communication. terry and the crew did a good job, and connor was helpful when i had follow-up questions. I would recommend them to anyone in Garland needing flat roof repair or porch roof work. If you want an estimate, the best way is to contact the office or message their page directly so your request gets to the right person.

Excellent roofing work at a fair price. Davis & Sons Roofing & Construction replaced the ridge caps and installed a new roof over the attached porch, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Although other roofers said the current shingle color could not be matched, connor found a very close color that blended in well with the existing roof and made the repair look natural. we found connor to be honest and easy to work with, and his crew was hardworking, careful, and detailed in every part of the job. The roof installation was neat, the shingle lines looked clean, and the flashing and ridge work were done with real precision. They also did a thorough cleanup and hauled away all debris when the work was done. i would gladly hire them again for any future roofing work because the service, workmanship, and value were all excellent, and it is clear they take pride in doing the job right.

i called a roofing company after hearing about their service and, even though i had a bad experience with another contractor in the past, this turned out to be a very good roof replacement project from start to finish. From the first meeting, Jason came out, inspected our very old roof, explained the condition clearly, and gave us a fair quote. He also looked closely for storm-related damage that might qualify through insurance, and his assessment matched what the adjuster found. Once insurance approval moved through, the job was scheduled quickly and the new roof was installed in just one day. The roofing crew showed up on time, protected the landscaping and flower beds before starting, and did a solid cleanup when the work was done. The whole process felt organized, professional, and easy to follow. We have gotten many compliments on the new roof, especially the energy-saving white shingle color, which is a smart choice for the Garland heat. The workmanship looks great, and the new roofing system has really improved the appearance of our home. i have already recommended this roofer to neighbors because the service, communication, and final result were all excellent.

the first thing i want to say is that the owner, jason, is a person of integrity and does what he promises. he offered a fair, competitive price while still using quality roofing materials. he was polite, quick to return my calls, and very patient when explaining the full roof replacement process and answering my basic questions. during the contract discussion, there was no sales pressure at all. instead, he clearly explained the scope of work, the roofing system, and what i would receive. the crew was courteous and professional, and they did a very good job on my new roof. after the job was done, they thoroughly cleaned the roof, gutters, and the areas around my home, including the bushes and lawn. they also showed respect for my property and worked in a careful, organized way throughout the project. in Garland, that kind of dependable roofing service matters, especially with the strong sun, heat, and storms we get in TX. overall, it was a smooth experience, and i would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof work.

WOW, what a great experience with Davis & Sons Roofing & Construction. My husband and i needed a full roof replacement after a bad roof leak, and once insurance approved the work, we started looking for a roofing contractor in Garland. i am really glad we made that call. They came out the very next day, inspected everything, and explained the whole process in simple terms. connor kept us updated on the materials, timeline, and each step of the roof work, which made us feel comfortable from start to finish. The crew showed up on time, worked hard, and completed the job the right way. They also did a thorough cleanup around the yard and driveway when everything was finished. It was easy to ask questions, and jason made sure all of our concerns about the leak, shingles, and insurance side were answered clearly. The team was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. In the Texas heat, it was nice working with roofers who stayed organized and kept the project moving smoothly. terry also made sure the final results looked great and that the new roof was solid and ready to last. I would recommend them to anyone needing roof repair, roof replacement, or other exterior work. Great people, strong workmanship, and a very smooth roofing project from beginning to end. Highly recommend and we would gladly use them again for future projects. 10/10

From start to finish, the whole roofing team was fantastic. The person who answered the phone was very helpful and made sure Connor could come out a few days later, right on time. I needed a quote for a skylight replacement, since we were preparing to sell our home, and Connor was honest, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He gave me a fair estimate on the spot, and we ended up selling the house a few weeks later. Closer to our move-out, the old skylight started leaking because of some heavy rain, so I called the roofing company again. Connor made room in the schedule to help us as soon as possible. The crew showed up right on time, but had to wait briefly for the rain to stop before starting work—typical Garland weather! Once it cleared up, they got everything done in just a few hours. Maurice let me know they needed to fix a part that was accidentally damaged during the job, and I really appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. I couldn’t be happier with the service. I would give the team a thousand stars if I could!
