  I want to start by saying I and the company were very polite, for that reason I will not use names. I contacted them for a roof repair and scheduled a call back. Waited 2 weeks and nothing, scheduled a second call back after a week and nothing, called to remind them and they finally called me. Told me they would come to following Tuesday to inspect, never showed up or called. I called them, they said, "Sorry was busy and wrote it on note pad and missed it". Said they would come the next morning, never did or called. This company has absolute atrocious communication, it doesn't matter how busy you are that is unacceptable. Also not sure what "professional" business does not have a legitimate scheduling system or at least several reminders like everyone else, truly embarrassing. Only reason for not giving a 1 star is because they never actually did the work haha.

  I do apologize for not getting back in touch with you....but your issue involves taking down aluminum fascia and vynal soffit to get to the actual wood soffit to replace it...what you is a carpenter....someone who specializes in finishing work....not a roofer.Thats why the other companies you've called said they were not interested.... Once again I truly do apologize....im a roofing company...I install roofs for a living not carpentry work... Thanks have a nice day

  I'm so tired of this what is your address and phone number I'll be glad to come and meet you ...and get this resolved but u just keep posting things on my website is not a solution....my number is 7068880282 ....call me asap stop posting things when I've made repeated opportunities to meet you and address the issues your speaking of...but I will say this you can't put actual plywood on a house built with osb decking it doesn't fit...but before you post anything else how about you reach out to me

  Poor workmanship. You get what you pay for. Get several quotes and you will see how bad this company is. You can tell they don’t care because they don’t reach out to their customers reviews whether they are positive or negative.

  I called Mr Renfroe to repair a leak in my roof. His son came out said he repaired it and charged me $250.00. The next day it rained and the leak was still there. Called Mr. Renfroe and he said he would not repair it because his son took the money even though his son works for him. Surely this is an awful company to do business with.

  This is Ms. Green. This company is extremely professional. They came and replaced my old roof and it is beautiful. They did it all in one day. They came back a week later and did a couple of finishing touches. They were punctual. They did Exactly what they said they would do and they were on time. I’m very pleased with this company. Oh and the price is reasonable!

  Danny's company installed our roof in September 2009. They did a great job and we were pleased with their service and the quality of our roof. We will contact this company again when we need a new one.

  Danny Renfroe’s Roofing Co. has done roofs and roof repairs on multiple properties. I would never call anyone else. Shane Renfroe and his crews are the utmost professionals with installing, repairing, and cleaning up. They stand behind every job with quick response. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Danny Renfroe’s Roofing Co. They are honest, trustworthy, professional, courteous, reputable, reliable, and affordable. I had a couple friends recommend them also. My biggest thing about choosing someone is honesty. When I called, Shane Renfroe came on time to inspect my roof and give me a quote for architectural shingles. He took his time to go over everything with me. My roof was 22 years old, started to leak from the big storm we just had, and needed to be replaced. The process of replacing my roof was so easy and stress free. They came on time at 6:00 am and were finished by 2:00 pm. The crew had tarps around the house to catch the debris from the old architectural shingles so the clean up was fast and efficient. I have plants and flowers around my house and they made sure to protect them. The crew worked professionally and efficiently. They worked so well together that it was amazing to watch. My roof looks even better than the original roof when I had the house built. The workmanship is top quality. I will only recommend Danny Renfroe’s Roofing Co. Meeting the owner, Danny and his son Shane, were like having family over for a visit. I also enjoyed talking to Teri when I called the office. Everyone is so down to earth. If you want a great roofer, I highly recommend Danny Renfroe’s Roofing Co. They have been in business over 40 years and stand behind their work. I am very happy with my new roof. Thank You!!!

  I cannot recommend Danny Renfroe & this team enough! As a Realtor I often look for reliable, trustworthy and affordable businesses I can recommend my clients to. I found all of that and more in Renfroe Roofing Co! Danny & his team have helped 3 clients of mine in the last 3 months and all 3 of them spoke HIGHLY of them. I myself have even called them to my own personal home. Renfroe Roofing Co will forever be my go-to for all things roofing. They answer when you call, they show up on time when they say they will and they are truly just good, good people. They don’t try to take advantage of people which is how most businesses are these days. You won’t find anyone better for your roofing needs, I can promise you that.

  Danny and his crew did such an amazing job on my new roof!! They showed up on time, took the old roof off, put the new roof on and left NO mess. It has changed the whole look of my house. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof.

  My roof was leaking. I called, and they set an appointment time for the following day and showed up on time. They prepared an estimate for my insurance company. The process was smooth and timely. The workmanship was first-rate, even down to the clean-up. I would use them again and have referred them to others. The Renfroe's are a great group to work with. The father and sons team are all knowledgeable, easy to contact and honest
