Called for two leaks. Worked on roof four days and left with four leaks. Told a part on order and will return in couple of days. Over a month later had someone else repair it. Made an appointment for neighbor for an estimate. Never showed or called.

Valley and flashing installed wrong. $2k wasted. Leaks like a sieve. Had to have it redone by another contractor.

The roof inspection included a lot of detail and clearly explained the aging roof areas that needed some repair. The dryer vent cleaning removed a large amount of old, accumulated lint from the long vent and helped improve airflow. The whole process was very organized, and the tech did a very clean job. Great services.

Excellent experience working with DAN Dryer Vent Service in Fruitland Park from beginning to end. Peter provided a thorough dryer vent and air duct service and provided clear explanations. He promptly booked the chimney repair after noticing problems with our chimney. Our spider problem was fixed by their pest control experts, and we had new attic insulation put in to increase ventilation. Our storm damage was quickly fixed by their roofing service. Their Mold Removal and Mold Remediation Service was timely when we discovered mold close to a bathroom vent. Everything was within budget thanks to the DAN offer. Fruitland Park's trustworthy and sincere business.

We used Shepler Roofing several years back for our flat roof on our house and they did a great job with all of the wood repair and the roofing. Still holding up great today we called them a few years after and had them do the dimensional shingles on our shingle roof and again they did a great job replaced all the rotten wood. It's been several years and I have not had a leak or a problem. They were professional and did a good job. I know this because I used to do roofing for a living but just can't get up there and do it anymore.

Have done over 5 roof projects with Dan Sheplar Roofing since the beginning of the year. Cathye is always quick with emails, responses and getting all required documents turned in and turned over. The crews that come out work furiously and do a reasonable job at clean up. Roofing product is quality, even had them install sky lights at the office. Highly Recommend!
