Never gave us are quote and when they were late I had to call and Douglas Sr just made an excuse. He lives in walking distance and was still an hour late. Very unprofessional.

I had some issues with the roof still leaking. It took them some time to come back out. They did come back out to resolve this issue..Very nice people always trying to help people...

Doug and Deb did a great job on my roof. They handled everything with the insurance company and made it very easy. After the work was completed everything looked great except they forgot the down spouts. I talked to Doug about it and they had them up within the next couple of days. Perfection is something we strive for but when they don't reach it, they show up, take care of it and make it right.

8-7-2024 Just had Doug & Debby Queen re-roof both my garage and house. They did a fantastic job and did it in two days. Cleaned up all trash, hauled it off, took care to protect shrubbery and get all old nails out of the yard.

DQueen roofing is the best, quick efficient, high quality work. And the follow up customer service us great. They have done roof repairs for us and then replaced the entire roof. Excellent family ran company.

Veteran owned and free estimates. The homeowners who posted bad have been taking care of above and beyond and still wasn’t happy so posted bad. Don’t judge us by reviews please. Ask around real state companies use us like century 21, Apple, and Marc 1.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 11 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 11, of which 7 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on D Queen Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
