  On 9/28/2017 we replaced the shingles and 7 sheets of plywood decking on your roof. We do not and did not replace any fascia nor have you contacted us for anything in the last 7+ years. Im terribly sorry your 24 year old home needs maintence now but how in the world did you decide to go back and leave a 2 star review for your roofer from 7 years ago without even bothering to call them to come look at your issue? Fascia and roof are 2 separate things I guess on the bright side the inspectors must have really liked our roof work.

  Despite have a no solicitations sign up, we’ve been harassed twice by the same sales agent. Apparently they don’t know how to read or what “no” means. Do NOT hire this company. Over the past six months, I’ve had repeated salesmen come knocking and sent them away. They do not listen.

  Total sham they are brokers who try to trick you. Do not sign up for claim service .Call other companies and get multiple estmates before signing anything. Very Bad experience and Bryan is not a honest man

  Paul was very easy to work with and professional. He was thorough with my adjuster and very informative to get the most for our replacement. Everything was replaced quickly and completed in 6 hours. They cleaned behind themselves.

  Empire Roofing was great to work with especially Charlie. He kept me informed while the roofing project was being scheduled. He stayed to oversee the project until it was complete. Thank you Charlie. Will definitely call Empire Roofing in the future.

  I am thankful for Bryan and this company. Due to his dedication and hard work our insurance company finally had to cover the damage from Hurricane Helene. Bryan was determined to see this process through and his crew did a fantastic job! I feel I have a much better roof now than before the storm and I definitely sleep better at night. I highly recommend this company.

  We all get multiple companies trying to peddle their products each week. Most of the time we just dismiss them. Recently, I was introduced to Kyle at Empire from a neighbor. I am so glad that happened. Not only did I have storm damage, but Kyle walked me through how to deal with the insurance company. In short Kyle and the Empire team has been outstanding and easy to work with. The roof was completed today just ahead of the rain. The crew was wonderful and very detailed. I feel better about my roof today than I did when I built the house 18 years ago. Thank you Kyle for everything.

  It was truly a pleasure to meet and work with Cam! He was very knowledgeable, detailed and thorough in his discussions with us as well as his answers to our questions and concerns. The most impressive part of all is his understanding of how all of this works with our insurance coverage, which enabled us to have a great and timely response from them. The quality of the work of the crew was outstanding, completed in one day, and their cleanup was excellent. And the roof looks absolutely beautiful! We could not be more pleased with Empire Roofing!
