  Their roofing is fine. However they have terrible business practices. I have been waiting on a refund from an overpayment for weeks. Their back office is a mess. Next steps are complaints to the BBB and then small claims court. I would NEVER recommend using them.

The reason for the hold up was because we were waiting on confirmation from sellers lawyer what the exact address and name it needed to be written to. Please be assured that we have recently mailed the check. Our process for handling refunds involves multiple steps to ensure accuracy and legal compliance, especially in cases where the payee and recipient might differ. This diligence is essential to protect all parties involved. We value your feedback and will use it to improve our processes. If there’s anything further we can do to assist you or if you have additional concerns, please feel free to contact us directly. We hate to see a 1 star on this when we were trying our best to send to the correct person. If we were to send to the wrong address then that would have been a really bad problem. Thank you

  Highly recommend MBA roofing and Joshua Keener. We had a small leak- he was so quick to respond and did an amazing job. He completed a quick inspection, identified the issue and immediately repaired. We will be using him for all roofing needs going forward. Highly recommend!!!!!!

  I had a small job of getting damaged siding at my property replaced. Of the many I contacted who did not turn up.. Cooley from MBA roofing responded, inspected the damage, gave me an estimate and sent over the team to get the job done to our satisfaction. Will highly recommend their service.

  MBA Roofing installed a new roof on my lake house and did a repair on my other house. I worked with Dallas Hunter who was fabulous! I received three quotes for both jobs and Dallas's quotes were so detailed.Both quotes were similar but Dallas's quotes explained in moire detail the scope of the jib and the work that was going to get done. He answered all my questions and question was too small. Their roofing guys were great. Loved working with Carlos! I first called them for 2 small jobs which they were happy to help with. One turned into a full rood install. Max was also great to work with, he schedules and manages the jobs. I ask a lot of questions and if there was something that needed fixing afterwards....Dallas was always..."no problem, we will get it done" MBA Roofing is who I would choose in a heartbeat. Two more visits to repair porch roof and check main roof. Repairs made. While Brad looked at a small leak in my roof and fixed it on the spot. Jorge then came out to look at my dormers.All looked good with exception of a few nail holes. He plugged up, dormers we’re all good. I can’t say enough about MBA Roofing. Matt the owner was great. Max Operation mgr great. Brad and Jorge on site were fabulous to work with!
