horrible experience with the company! the estimator Tyler just disappeared after signing the contract, and project manager Doug said that different workscope he got, if not same as the one he received, he charge me almost double ! back and forth with bunch of emails to both guys, Tyler never ever responded! what services they delivered to the customer! Now i am stuck in the coming rain!

Maggie, I'm sorry the handoff between your estimator and project manager broke down — that shouldn't have happened, and a scope change should never be a surprise. I'd like to review the contract with you directly and make it right. Please reach me at greg@customcontracting.ca and I'll call you personally. — Greg Shelley, Owner

They had to do my porch roof twice and the second time they did it they left tar and glue stains all over it. Looks ugly. Don’t recommend for roof replacement

I live in Upper Hamilton and just had Custom Contracting replace my roof. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and did an incredible job—every shingle is straight, and they even left the yard clean. Their work comes with a solid warranty, so I feel confident it will last. A friend of mine referred me to them and got a nice bonus through their referral program. I’m so glad she did—these folks really know roofing. If you need a new roof in Hamilton, give Custom Contracting a try!

Your roof deck acts as the crucial foundation for your shingles, providing necessary support and structure. Over time, moisture penetration or structural wear can compromise this layer, leading to more significant interior issues. If you notice sagging sections or soft spots, it is time for a professional assessment. Our team specializes in comprehensive roof deck inspections and repairs for homes.19 hours agoLearn more
