The owner Chase was very helpful in explain the process of working with my insurance company and covered all the what if. I never felt he was embellishing anything to get my business. He gave it to me straight with options to choose. He provided the answers before I could ask the questions. As a single female, it was so refreshing to have a company make you feel secure in such an important decision. I highly recommend CTR Discount Roofing for your repairs or replacement needs.

If there is one review you read, please let it be this one. (TL;DR - 10/10 experience, trustworthy, great response time, efficient timeline, quality materials, ease of process, lifetime warranty.) As a person who is highly skeptical when dealing with large projects, I learned so much from this experience. From start to finish, (business owner) Chase was with me every step of the way. In the beginning when I was hearing out multiple companies on why they should get my business, all I heard them do was tear each other down. Chase was only there to share the value he brought and the things to watch out for when choosing without telling me specifically who I shouldn't work with. Throughout the process I was terrified of being taken advantage of, after all there are a lot of bad people out there. Without fail I was given all the reassurance I could ask for when it came to questions about the process or the progress from not only the owner but his wonderful team as well. In the end, I ended up with the most wonderful new roof a guy could ask for. So trust me, as the guy who takes a lot to trust someone. I would go through this process every single time with CTR Discount Roofing if I ever have to do it again. If anyone I know is ever in need of this service, I know who I am putting them in touch with. Thanks again Chase and Team!

We are selling our home and the inspector required minor repairs to the roof. These guys were on it quickly and gave us a fair price. Would recommend them to anyone.

I would like to commend Juan and his crew, who worked hard on replacing my roof after a very bad hail storm. They arrived right on schedule and diligently worked to complete the job. I was kept abreast of the progress throughout the day. Upon completion, a walk through of the job was done to ensure that nothing was missed. Thank you, Derek, Juan, and the whole CTR crew!!!

CTR and crew did an awesome job replacing my roof and pointed out the holes found on the boards when they were removed. The roof had been patched up several times and neither the inspector nor the realtor told me about it when I bought the house 4 years ago.

We’ve used CTR Discount Roofing for multiple roof projects on several investment houses as well as referred him to clients. Chase is great to work with, honest, and is awesome at project communication. They handle insurance claims like pros and their pricing is the best we’ve found. Highly recommend!
