I felt like the man the came to my home was hitting on me the whole time , made me feel super uncomfortable. I would never call or be around this company and their employees again .

Cameron, We don’t have you in our system. Are you sure you have the right company? There are other companies with similar names. As you can imagine, an accusation such as this is harmful to our reputation. Please call me so I can assure you that you have the wrong business. (281) 545-5019 - David

This company has called me literally 25 times today. I don’t need a damn roof nor did I ask for the phone call. Get a life and stop hounding people…this is not a way to get someone’s business. If and when I need a roof, I sure as hell will NOT CALL YOU!!!

Very pushy salesman on initial phone conversation. Must have forgot who the customer is. Told me to take my business elsewhere being i didn't comply to his demands.

Our roof was replaced last year by Reliable Roofing and Restoration before we moved in and it looks great. We had a small leak coming in the house and after thorough water testing we found out it was a vent on the side of the house causing the issue. The team at reliable fixed the vent, sealed the gaps in insulation we found when opening the wall, replaced insulation and drywall and painted. The issue was fixed quickly, the entire team was very professional and helpful and they left the room they worked in very clean. They absolutely live up to their name!

  Reply from the business

Kara, thank you for the wonderful review. I’m glad we were able to track the leak down to the vent with thorough water testing and then take care of everything from sealing and insulation to drywall, paint, and cleanup. We really appreciate you noticing the professionalism and how quickly the team got it resolved.

David helped us out with urgently-needed exterior and interior work on our Katy home and I am grateful to him for always being quick with a response and for his reassuring professionalism. He was very reasonably priced and the workmanship was superb (thank you, Alex). We had also looked into the installation of solar vents in the attic and while other contractors were eager to install them right away, David let us know that they were not necessary and explained the technical reasons why. I’m thankful that he didn’t push unnecessary interventions, and for his honesty. He’s a solid, solid guy and I would recommend him and Reliable Roofing and Restoration without reservation.

It means a lot that you noticed we won’t recommend work you don’t need, and we truly appreciate your recommendation.

We had an outstanding experience with Reliable Roofing & Restoration! From start to finish their communication was excellent and they took the time to answer every question we had throughout the process. The crew was professional and left our yard clean when the job was complete. They also had a manager onsite from start to finish which I find to be rare these days. We were also pleasantly surprised that the quote for their mid tier package was lower than several competitors lower end product. We couldn't be happier with our new roof and highly recommend Reliable Roofing & Restoration!

It means a lot that you’re happy with the new roof and appreciate the recommendation.

I like the professional approach they they have and clear communication. I did notnhave to go through exhausting sales pitch. They were right on point about what needs to be done and gave a very competitive quote. I had a very minor service request post installation and he came and solved it very promptly. I am overall very please with the service and transparent communication. Highly recommended for your roof job.

I had a fantastic experience with Reliable Roofing & Restoration. Mike came out to look at a persistent roof leak, and he was extremely professional from start to finish. Even though it was raining heavily outside, he was incredibly patient and took the time to conduct a truly thorough investigation. Instead of rushing to a quick conclusion, Mike walked me through several possibilities of what could be causing the roof leak, eventually pinpointing the exact root cause. He explained the best solution clearly and honestly. To top it all off, he didn't charge any money for providing his time and expertise today. It is rare to find this level of integrity and customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Richmond area needing roofing help!
