I’m a General Contractor and had CSA install a metal roof on a project a few years ago. Last year the roof developed a leak. CSA sent a crew out to attempt a repair, but the fix did not resolve the issue. Shortly after, I was told they were closing their doors and that there was nothing further they could do. I then had to hire another roofing company to properly diagnose and repair the issue, which ultimately cost me about $10,000 and put me in a difficult position with my client. I recently discovered that CSA is still in business after driving past their office and seeing a new sign installed. Based on my experience, I feel I was misled and left to absorb the cost and reputational impact. I would recommend others proceed with caution.

Thank you for your review. I need to clarify a critical factual error for anyone reading this. The project you’re describing was not performed by my company. It was completed by a different business that previously operated under a similar name and logo. That company closed several years ago. We later purchased certain assets from them, but we did not acquire their past projects, warranties, liabilities, or customer obligations. We were not involved in the installation or repair of your metal roof at any point. I explained this to you directly by phone, and I understand the confusion caused by the old company’s branding. However, it is important to be accurate: CSA Contractor Services & Associates is a separate, active, and fully licensed company with different ownership, staff, and operational history. We cannot be held responsible for work performed by a defunct business we did not own. Your experience was with the previous company, not ours. I respectfully ask that this distinction be acknowledged so readers are not misled. If you would like to discuss this further, I’m available at 707‑253‑8199. Thank you, Mike CSA Contractor Services & Associates
