Jesse and his crew were professional, on time, and very easy to reach. About a week after we first talked about the roofing work we needed, the whole job was finished, including a full roof tear-off, new roof installation, soffit and fascia repair, and new gutters. The work moved fast and was handled with real skill. One side of my home has very tight spacing next to the neighboring house, which made the roofing project more challenging, especially on the damaged side. Even with that, the crew completed everything smoothly and efficiently. They carefully tarped the neighboring homes to protect the area, and their cleanup was excellent. When they were done, the property looked spotless, and you could hardly tell such major roof work had just been completed. For the amount of labor, the condition of the roof, and the full scope of the project, the price was very fair and better than another roofing quote we received. Jesse was also very appreciative and helpful throughout the process. I would definitely use them again for any roofing, gutter, soffit, or fascia work.

I saw Luke working on a neighbor’s roof repair and asked him to check a leak I was worried about at my home in Morgan Hill. Crysta Fix Roofing came out, repaired one problem area, and then returned to track down the remaining source since roof leaks can be tricky to pinpoint. After the second visit, the leak was fully fixed and everything has held up well. I really appreciated the honest approach, clear communication, and fair pricing. Instead of pushing for a full roof replacement, Luke focused on the actual issue and handled the repair for a minimal cost. If you need roofing help, leak repair, or flashing work, I would definitely recommend calling and asking for Luke.

I got several bids for two roof replacements on my main home and a detached garage, and this roofing crew really stood out. The house needed a full tear-off, and the garage got an overlay. The crew arrived early each day and stayed focused, …

A neighbor noticed storm damage on my roof while roof work was being done nearby in Morgan Hill, so I reached out for help. As someone new to how roofing claims and insurance work in the USA, I had a lot of questions. Luke was very patient and walked me through the whole process step by step, including what to expect with the insurance claim and the roof replacement. Any time I needed help, Luke was easy to reach by phone or text, and he even stopped by my house when I needed extra support. After the insurance company approved the roof damage, I called him right away. He came out quickly, helped confirm the shingle color, and made sure the roofing materials and timeline were clearly explained. The materials arrived fast, and the roofing crew showed up the next day ready to work. They tore off the old roof, installed the new roofing system, and finished everything efficiently. The new roof looked great, the chimney was painted to match, and the whole property was cleaned up very well. When the job was done, Luke checked the installation quality, answered all of my questions, and made sure the final result met expectations. What impressed me most was the follow-up. He came back again to make sure no materials were left behind, checked the yard carefully, and even cleared away extra dust. That level of care and attention made the whole roofing experience feel smooth and stress-free. Overall, it was excellent roof service from start to finish, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in Morgan Hill who needs roof repair or a full roof replacement.

I needed to replace an older roof on a home I had recently purchased. I was worried there might be roof decking damage because the old gutters were in bad shape and had caused some fascia rot in a few areas. Richard came out, answered all …

Crysta Fix Roofing really got it right. This was the first roofing and exterior crew I have been completely happy with. We recently had our wooden fascia and rake wrapped in aluminum as part of a roofline improvement, and the finished work looked excellent. Richard came out quickly, put together a fast quote, and worked with us to keep the project within budget while staying on schedule since we had other home projects happening at the same time in Morgan Hill. Luke and his small crew arrived on time, worked hard through the day, and paid close attention to the details around the roof edge, fascia trim, and gutter line. They came back the next day and carefully cleaned the yard so no debris was left behind. The gutters were reinstalled neatly and looked even straighter than before. The whole process felt organized, professional, and smooth from start to finish. I would gladly use them again for future roofing and exterior work and highly recommend them.

Outstanding experience with Crysta Fix Roofing. Our roof and the insulation under it had been installed the wrong way at first, and their team stepped in to help fix the full roofing system. They worked closely with the insulation crew we had already hired, lined up the schedules, and found the best plan for the whole roof area of our home. The job was handled smoothly from start to finish. Communication was clear, the timing was well organized, and we always knew what was happening next. Luke and the crew took care of the details with the insulation team so the roofing work stayed on track and was completed on schedule. Now our roof has much better ventilation, stronger insulation performance, and a clean, beautiful look. It also feels like a solid long-term solution for the home, especially with the heat and sun exposure a roof has to handle. The quality of the workmanship and the value we received were both excellent. I highly recommend them for any roofing project.

We hired Crysta Fix Roofing for our roof repair, gutter work, and related exterior needs, and the whole process went very well from beginning to end. Wesley was honest, clear, and easy to talk with, and there was no pressure to buy extra work we did not need. When damaged wood was found under the roof area, we were told right away and shown photos so we understood exactly what needed to be fixed. The roofing crew worked hard, stayed organized, and finished the job quickly while still paying attention to quality. They also did a great job cleaning up all debris, nails, and construction mess each day. Our home in Morgan Hill looks refreshed and well protected now, and the new roof and gutter work really improved the overall appearance. The communication, workmanship, and cleanup made the experience smooth, and we would gladly call them again for future roofing projects.
