we manage a small strip mall and had been dealing with recurring leaks in two of the units for like a year, kept patching things with another company and it would hold for a month then start again. finally decided to call CRR and honestly wish we had done it sooner. they came out and did a full inspection of the whole commercial roof not just the problem spots, found a bunch of areas where the membrane was separating and the drainage was basically pooling water right where it shouldnt be. their crew handled the commercial roof repair over a weekend so our tenants werent disrupted which was huge for us bc one of them is a salon and losing a saturday wouldve been a whole thing. quality of work was solid, they documented everything with photos before and after which made it easy for our records. weve been through a full season of heavy rain since then and not a single call from tenants about leaks. pricing was fair for commercial work too, ive seen way higher quotes from other companies for less scope. if you have a commercial building that needs roof work these guys know what theyre doing, not just residential roofers pretending they can handle flat roofs.
