After a flooding incident caused by a broken water heater, USAA Insurance referred us to Cowboys Roofing & Restoration, and the experience exceeded our expectations in every way. From the very beginning, their professionalism and responsiveness were outstanding. Charles Vizgard came out the very next day to assess the damage and quickly provided a clear, fair, and reasonable estimate. Once the work was scheduled, Clarence Lampkin and the crew leader visited to ensure all materials and supplies were ready so the repairs could begin without delay. The crew started early the following day and completed the entire project in just two days. The work included replacing a large section of a two-story ceiling, repairing a closet wall and baseboards, installing insulation, and painting. Throughout the process, they carefully protected our home and left everything spotless when the job was done. What impressed us most was the team’s dedication to doing the job right—efficient, respectful, and clearly committed to high-quality workmanship. We are extremely satisfied with the results and highly recommend Cowboys Roofing & Restoration to anyone needing reliable, professional restoration work. They will absolutely be our first call for any future projects.
