Hayes Brothers Roofing & Remodeling installed a new metal roof, a new asphalt shingle roof, and new gutters on our home, and the whole roofing process went very smoothly. Miguel was always on time, quick to respond, and kept us updated from start to finish. When weather delays and material supply issues came up, he stayed on top of everything, explained each step clearly, and had solid backup plans ready so the project kept moving. He also helped work with our insurance company to make sure the claim was handled the right way and helped lower our out-of-pocket cost as much as possible. The crew did quality roof work, the cleanup was thorough, and the finished roof and gutter system look great and feel built to handle the strong sun, heat, and storms. We are very happy with the final result and would highly recommend this roofing team.

I needed roof repair, and Hayes Brothers Roofing & Remodeling made it happen. Miguel and the crew handled the whole roofing job with real skill and care. From the first inspection to the final cleanup, everything was explained in simple terms, and I was kept updated the whole way, including help with the insurance paperwork when questions came up. They took care of the project from start to finish and always made sure I felt comfortable with each step. The team used quality modern roofing materials, worked on schedule, and made the entire process easy for my family. In the Texas heat, it was a big relief to have a dependable roofing contractor that stayed organized, communicated well, and finished the roof on time without any stress or problems. Miguel went above and beyond by working directly with my insurance so the roof could get covered, and that support meant a lot. I really felt valued as a customer, and the service was professional from beginning to end. If you need roof repair or a full roof replacement in Haltom City, this is an honest team that makes the job simple and delivers great results.

I called the office to have someone come inspect my roof after I noticed a leak inside my home, and Miguel came out to check the problem. He went above and beyond, even after hours, to get the roof leak repaired quickly and stop any further water from getting in. Miguel was professional, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable about roofing issues. Any time I had to leave a message while he was out in the field, he always returned my call quickly. It gave me peace of mind knowing the repair was handled by someone dependable and experienced. In the Texas heat and changing weather, it really helps to have a roofing team that responds fast and takes care of issues before they get worse. I highly recommend Miguel and his crew for roof inspections, leak repairs, and honest service. They were a big help to my family, and we truly appreciate the support.

Hayes Brothers Roofing & Remodeling has a licensed and insured owner, and Miguel was also great to work with. They were respectful, on time, and quick to respond. The roofing work turned out excellent and looks fantastic. They went above and beyond with my new roof, fixed rotten wood they found, and got everything taken care of much faster than I expected. Miguel even helped move a few things for me since I am disabled, which meant a lot. I was very impressed with the fair price, especially with how much work was needed once the old roofing was opened up. They handled the repairs the right way and made sure the new roof was solid and dependable. It is hard to find roofers who offer this kind of quality, care, and value. If you need roofing work, including cedar shake or flat roof services, do not wait too long like I did.

After the big hail storm in Haltom City, we were very thankful for our new roof from Hayes Brothers Roofing & Remodeling. We are really happy with the quality of the shingles, the workmanship, and how professional the whole crew was from start to finish. miguel was easy to work with, and the office team kept everything organized and simple. We had seen several roofing jobs around our neighborhood and knew we wanted that same level of care and solid roofing work for our home.
