Terrible. They were fixing my neighbors roof and left a ton of trash and nails in our yard. We asked them kindly to clean up after themselves and they sent a guy who said he picked everything up, but we still found more nails. They left soda cans, nails, and roof debris all over our front and back yard that our dogs almost got into. And a nail got caught in our lawn mower. Would not recommend their services. Didn’t acknowledge their mistakes and left us to clean up after them.

Our house has a contract on it and the inspection came back with an issue with boards in the attics. I quickly reached out to Morgan for her help to have a professional come out and look at it. She was able to get Michael out to my house the next day he inspected not only my attic but also my roof and sent me the report saying everything checked out fine. I was able to send in for the buyers to appease them. I want to say that K&M Services is a great company and very helpful, I would highly recommend using them!

Michael is my “go to roofer” for all my home inspections when an independent roofing partner is requested or needed by our client or agent . His roof assessments are spot on, he is incredibly responsive and his roof estimates are very competitive compared to the market place. He recently replaced the roof for a close family member. He did an incredible job and was able to work with the insurance company directly to maximize the process. If you need a roof replacement and/or just a quote, call Michael from K&M roofing. You will not be disappointed!!!

I am a Real Estate Broker and know A LOT of roofing companies, working with K&M is always amazing. Quick communication and detailed reports that you don't get from a lot of companies is a standard with them. They also answer questions and will tell you if a roof is in good condition, not as common as you may think. They are actually in it to help the customers and give competitive quotes for repairs when insurance may not be needed. Highly recommend reaching out to them for your roofing, gutter and contracting needs!
