Too few ratings to compare against other roofers — at 10 ratings a single unhappy customer moves this figure by several points.

The guy called from Angi’s list to give me a free estimate. He came and I understood right away why his reviews on Google are very poor. Different roof companies with better star ratings are available at better prices and quality.

Dude why would you update your phone number to my business number and now all of your unhappy customers keep calling me . You don’t not own this number so I would like you to remove it before I take legal action .

I called this company to replace a few cracked tiles. Darren, the representative, was initially responsive, and sold me a $1,500 "tune up" that included sealing the ridge. A few months later, one of the ridge tiles fell off the roof and …

Roof is still leaking, not returning calls. Getting frustrated and hope I did not get ripped off!

Company rep Scott came out with fast smooth talk, pushing product...service, then throwing in coupons and dollars off is signed then and there without looking things over. And kept going on about other contractors not showing up and then on …

Jeff was doing a tune-up on our roof prior to selling when he found a broken board where the roof had been leaking. He was able to fix the problem immediately with no extra charge. I can’t express how wonderful it is to hire a true professional who knows how to take care of his customers. Recommending to all my friends and family. Thank you.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 10 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 10, of which 9 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Courtesy Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
