SERIOUSLY this company has been harassing me since day one! Paid them in Full in April. Now they are sending me another bill for $150 more for some sampling they took which I did not agree to beware is all I can say they took down my previous review which was not good!

Logan replaced my home roof lines where the wind was blowing off shingles. He used longer nails and hand nailed rather than a nail gun. He was punctual on his appointments, great communicator and very thorough on his explanations. Enjoyed working with a small, family owned business and very happy with the work.

From my initial inquiry, to the very finish, the job was done fast and professionally. I had 3 layers of roofing that needed stripped, metal, cedar and asphalt shingles. There were many issues that needed addressed. They worked through them, maximizing experience & muscle to overcome the obstacles, ending with beautiful results. Yes, a new roof can be a beautiful thing, it changed the look of the whole house. The owner, John Owley is a true professional with over 30 years of roofingexperience. He was always calm and displayed patience when others I've seen lose it. His gold level crew, led by a moose of a roofer, Devon Taylor and under the watchful eye of superintendent, Logan Owley,, all worked so well together. It was a joy to see such attention to detail at work. They even had a seasoned carpenter on site a couple days to tackle hard to define, complex design & angle cuts. In short, 3 months since completion, I'm still loving the new roof & skylights. Hal Killian

Common Sense Roofing just completed installing a new asphalt shingled roof on our house. The team was great, efficient, business oriented, and very pleasant. In and out in 3 hot days. They laid tarps over everything to protect bushes, plant and grass. The next day, after a windy night, we picked up a few pieces of left over roofing material and nails that they missed but it was minimal. Overall, we’re very happy with the results.

Common Sense Roofing installed our new roof last week. We replaced a 50+ year cedar shake roof and while we were sad to see it go, aesthetically, we are thrilled to have a new roof with an extensive warranty. We couldn't be more pleased with the process and work completed by John, Logan, and their crew. We chose a higher end shingle and product that they had not previously installed before (Certainteed Carriage House Shingles). However, they thoroughly researched all aspects of the product and installed it quickly and expertly! From tear off to final completion, our project was completed in 3 days?! Amazing! We would highly recommend them for all your roofing needs! Thanks guys!

Our Common Sense Roofing family was happy to help you to find a replacement that will both last and look great for years to come. Thank you so much for giving us an opportunity to use a Style of Shingle we don't normally see, giving you a defined look that is in a league of its own.

Common Sense Roofing was fantastic! They kept in touch every step of the way, always quick to respond and clear about what was happening. John and his team really know their stuff, answering all my questions with confidence and offering great advice. The crew was awesome—hardworking, friendly, and they cleaned up very well. Couldn’t be happier with the job they did. Highly recommend these guys for any roofing needs!
