  Do not use. "Repaired" the roof of the home we were buying. The roof started leaking immediately afterwards. There was no recourse since the sellers contracted the repair and TGR afterwards gave us an estimate of tens of thousands of dollars we would have to pay if we wanted them to properly fix the roof. Multiple problems with the repair not done correctly including discovered broken tiles on the roof that was supposed to be repaired I've learned a five year roof certificate doesn't mean anything. *** I would call the response a lack of standing behind your inspection. I never stated that I was the customer. Perhaps more customers do not leave bad reviews since the contracts have a clause stating that disagreements shall not be posted on social media.

  Chris, We're sorry to hear you're dissatisfied with your experience. However, we believe it's important to clarify the facts. You were not a customer of TGR, Inc. Our contract was with the previous homeowner, not with you. Additional contractors performed work on the roof and property. Because the roof was altered by others any workmanship warranty or roof certification associated with our work was no longer applicable. We stand behind the quality of the work we perform on projects under our control, but we cannot accept responsibility for issues that arise after subsequent modifications by other parties. We even went out and had a meeting with you and gave you solutions. We wish you the best in resolving your roofing concerns. As started this is an inaccurate review

  Dear Sara, We are in receipt of your correspondence regarding the TPO roofing installation and your stated concerns. TGR, Inc. takes all customer communications seriously. However, after reviewing our project scope, installation records, and applicable building standards, we must clarify that TGR, Inc. is not responsible or liable for the conditions you have described. Our contractual scope of work was limited strictly to the installation of the TPO roofing system as specified and approved. The assessment, design, or modification of interior ventilation, insulation, or existing building conditions is outside the scope of our services unless expressly included in writing. No such services were requested, contracted, or authorized as part of this project. Roofing contractors are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, post-installation environmental factors, or interior moisture management issues that may arise due to insulation design, ventilation, occupancy, or building envelope components beyond the roof membrane itself. The roofing system was installed in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards. While we understand your concerns, any findings or opinions provided by third-party consultants retained independently do not alter our contractual obligations or establish liability on the part of TGR, Inc. At this time, TGR, Inc. does not agree that the roofing installation is the cause of the conditions described, nor do we agree to any remediation responsibility. That said, we remain open to reviewing any documented evidence that directly demonstrates a failure in the roofing installation itself.

  This is a tile roof and had tiles either blown off due to winds or cracked upon installation. First time they came out and replaced tiles (which I supplied) at no charge. Next year I had several tiles cracked and slipping, requested the same service and they came out , spent 20 minutes replacing tiles (again supplied by me) no mention of any fees (was never charged before) and then I got a bill for over $500.00. I don’t mind paying service fees, but they should tell you in advance especially since they didn’t charge the time before.

  They do answer the phone but getting them to show up or schedule a time to complete the job is an entirely different story. They make you sign a lengthy contract and put 50% down but after that good luck! They did complete my job 2 months …

  They do not fix the problem and then do not stand behind their work. They were to evaluate and repair a leak over our garage and they sent out a guy with a ladder and a tube of caulk and a caulk gun, when this did not work they were willing to come back out to see about fixing it correctly if I wanted to pay them again to redo the repair. Would never recommend them or use them again!!!!!

  During a heavy rain yesterday, we noticed a leak in our closet ceiling. I called TGR before business hours, expecting to leave a voice message, but was surprised when Cole answered the phone. He told me he was on his way to the office but would stop by my house within thirty minutes — and he did. The TGR team was able to identify the source of the leak and repair it immediately. I am not accustomed to such a high level of service and customer care, so I wanted to make sure I shared this with anyone looking for a top-tier roofing company.

  Fast, reasonable, expert service. The men and women I talked with were very professional yet neighborhood friendly. I was actually surprised by the price. It was extremely reasonable and the work on my skylight was well done. I will be returning for my roof replacement.

  I highly recommend TGR! From the initial connection, to planning, and finally the process of putting a new roof on our house, TGR has exceeded expectations. There were several unique aspects of our roof replacement that required some special planning. The experienced team at TGR helped me understand the tradeoffs for each option so we could pick the best option for my house. They made the entire process easy and stress free.

  We had excellent service starting with the quote. The GF actually inspected our roof for an accurate quote. The roofers were on time and very continuous of cleanup. They have pride in workmanship. Thanks for our beautiful roof. Rob & Penny
