They go door to door and don’t respect no solicitation signs.

You better hope that everything goes smoothly, because Scott, the owner is very difficult and unprofessional to work with in the event that something doesn't go quite right. Colorado Roof Toppers replaced our roof and gutters. The attached photo shows how they left our fascia board from when they removed our gutters.

In the fall of 2021, Colorado Roof Toppers installed new roofs on our two mountain homes. The work included replacement of two sheets of damaged roof deck plywood, underlayment with extended ice and water shield, premium shingles, roof peak venting, and gutter systems w/gutter guards. Our experience with Scott and Denise Bart and their excellent crew was first rate from beginning to end. Scott knew the very best method of sealing the roof around the rock fireplace chimneys. The cleanup was flawless. They even painted the roof vents to match the roof colors. I had gotten bids from 5 other roofing contractors, some of whom tried to sell me work, which as Scott pointed out, was not needed at all. The bid from Scott was substantially less that all the others. There was no upselling from Colorado Roof Toppers and the final invoice matched the bid. I write this review 21 months later to report that we're so very glad to have worked with Colorado Roof Toppers. We have recommended them to our friends.

Living in Northern Colorado with the hail we can get, I've had some experience with roofing contractors and my only wish is that I had tried Colorado Roof Toppers first! Two years ago they completely re-roofed our two story house and we've had zero issues since. Our project timing was challenging due to coordination to have our solar panels removed and Denise and Scott were very accommodating and flexible. I highly recommend Colorado Roof Toppers for anyone's roofing project.

They were on time and professional. The was only delay was due to out of stock of the color I originally picked but Denise and Scott sent me other samples and I was able to get a better color. The day of install their crew came to door to let me know they were there and gave me time to get my things so I wouldn’t have to listen to hammering. They answered all my questions from quote to install and made me feel at ease. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had my roof replaced by Colorado Roof Toppers this summer. They did a good job, got it done quickly, and did it for a fair price. Everything worked out smoothly, and I was glad to get someone local to replace my roof.

I had 5 different places give me bids. Not only did Colorado Roof Toppers beat all of their quotes, but they also listened when I said I needed the gutters replaced too. I never had to repeat myself. Scott was on-site both days they were here to check on things. Denise was always very quick to respond with any questions we had. Lupe and the on-site team always seemed to be progressing, there's an eerie silence at lunch because they're so hard at work the rest of the time. They were fast, courteous, and stuck very close to the original quote when we were able to get the work handled. ****They didn't leave a single roofing nail behind.**** If you've ever had a roof done on a house before, you know this nightmare! Honestly, I wish they provided more services, it'd make the next few things we need to have done to the house a lot easier. Definitely recommended!

They came on the day and time we planned, and finished everything in the same day, they left without me noticing, and left everything neat as before they came, but with a new roof and gutters. Amazing job!

Awesome people to work with! Very responsive and helpful! We had issues along the way as we were selling the house. CRF reroofed my 110 year old roof, which had up to five layers of shingles from over the years. I had to have decking placed over the original board decking, and compliance to building codes, which ensures I will have a quality roof for years to come, and the new roof will certainly be a huge bonus when I finally sell. The roofing crew was amazing. They went above and beyond their scope, cutting back branches, replacing fascia board, and of course, doing quality work. Scott and Denise were very responsive and helpful in all aspects of the project. I heartily recommend Colorado Roof Toppers to anyone who needs any kind of roofing work.

Scott and Denise were just the best to work with. I had never done anything like getting a whole new roof and they made it easy to deal with the insurance company and also picking out the best product for my roof. I love that they are a local company too.. I highly recommend Colorado Roof Toppers!

Our house was possibly hit with hail. We were concern if we need to replace or not the roof. We choose Colorado Roof Toppers to come and take a look and Scott came out at no charge and inspected the roof. He didn’t try to sell us a roof at all. Mr. Scott was honest and told us that our roof was fine and did not need to be replaced. He was extremely nice and very professional. We were grateful with his honesty.
