We had Clermont Roofing Inc. come out and install our roof since my husband knew the owner of the company. We have a flat rolled roof, they told us no problem they know how to install this. Now I am coming home from work and I see that my roof is literally slipping off of my house. It’s curling over the edges of my gutter by 4 to 5 inches. Another roofing company advised that the rolled roof was installed incorrectly the first time by Clermont Roofing Inc. which is why it is now sliding off of our house. They said that the manufacturers instructions were not read on install and that is clear by what is happening now and he recommended that we call Clermont Roofing Inc., who installed it, back. I called Clermont Roofing Inc. to tell them what is going on and I am told that the owner Patrick Scott sold the company and now his son Walker is running it. We tell him the situation and ask if he will come out and help us with the roof that they installed incorrectly, he tells us that he will come out and look at it, but he is going to charge us. We told him that that does not seem fair since they are the original installers of that roof and it is incorrect, why would we pay for it to be fixed. We did some research into past customers of his and found multiple other houses that have had their roofs installed incorrectly by Clermont Roofing Inc. also. We called the company back to try to solve this amicably and told him that if he was not going to help us that the next step would be litigation and he told us “good luck” and hung up the phone. Now we have to pay along with all of these other customers to have our roofs fixed by a company who is still in business and refuses to honor the poor work that they have already done. I do not recommend that you use Clermont Roofing Inc. since they cannot install work correctly the first time and do not standby their work after it is complete completed.

We had a pesky roof leak that only happened in heavy rainstorms. We’ve had several roofers try to repair it over the years and the next heavy storm it would leak again. Walker Scott was the first one to actually crawl through the attic and actually see the missing flashing that allowed the water to come in. His crew came out and blocked the whole area with flashing like it should have been. Very happy with results.

Thank you so much, Andy!! That kind of feedback really means a lot to us. Intermittent leaks like that can be incredibly frustrating… especially after multiple attempts by other companies. We’re glad Walker took the extra step to get into the attic, find the real issue, and make sure it was fixed the right way this time. Happy to hear the results delivered peace of mind!! ~ Clermont Roofing Inc 🏠🛠️

I called about a leak in my roof and got a call back the very same day and was set up the next day for inspection. I was provided photos and when follow up was needed for the attic access, there was prompt notification and available appointments. I was very pleased with the wonderful and fast service. Walker provided great service and communication. I would highly recommended and would call again if I needed their services.

I called on a Monday about a leak. Walker came out the very next day to take a look while I wasn't home. He came back the next day to take a look in the attic. Climbed back up on the roof and put on a sealant on for free until I can file a claim. He was attentive and wants to earn your business.
