He was professional, friendly, and easy to talk with throughout the whole roofing project. Leonard kept me updated on every step, from roofing material orders and delivery to the installation timeline. His communication was clear and accurate, which made the whole process much less stressful. He was also on site during the roof installation to make sure the crew handled the work the right way and that everything was done as promised. Like most construction jobs, there were a few small bumps along the way, but he made sure we felt confident that every detail would be taken care of.   An excellent roofing experience with Clark Family Walnut Creek Roof Repair. Nolan stopped by, looked over the roof, and gave a clear estimate. He also explained that the service would include clearing branches and debris off the roof, which was a big help for our recently purchased home in Walnut Creek. The crew was able to schedule the roof repair sooner than expected, and they handled a more challenging job than first planned because of the older materials around the vent area. Some parts were outdated and not easy to match, but they worked carefully around the existing roof structure and got everything repaired the right way. The slow leak near the vent pipe is gone, and the vent area and surrounding roof deck were replaced properly.   i was referred by a tenant to Clark Family Walnut Creek Roof Repair and asked leonard, the project manager, to check my roof after i noticed weeds pushing through the soffits and signs of wear around the eaves. after the inspection, leonard recommended that i file a claim with my homeowners insurance and clearly walked me through the roofing process step by step. over the whole job, he stayed in touch, explained what was happening from inspection to approval to installation, and made everything easy to understand. i mainly helped connect leonard with the insurance adjuster, and he handled the rest of the roof repair work, coordination, and follow-up. now i have a new roof, the soffit area looks great, and i am very happy with the results in Walnut Creek.

  Derek does excellent roofing work. He helped us choose Class 4 impact-resistant shingles in colors we really liked, and he explained the best options for long-term roof protection.   i recently had my roof repair handled by roger, and the whole experience was smooth and professional. roger showed up on time, inspected the roof damage carefully, and explained the repair options in simple terms with a fair price. He also noticed the dryer vent area needed attention, cleaned out the lint, and sealed the vent opening, which was a very helpful extra step. After the roofing work was finished, i asked more questions about my 8 year old roof, flashing, and general wear from sun and rain, and roger took the time to answer everything clearly.
