  We had to have our roof replaced. ClaimPro did a fantastic job! Very knowledgeable and kept us up to date on what was going on. The day they replaced our roof, they were done within a few hours. They took adequate time cleaning up everything! Definitely recommend them!

  We had a great experience with both Dave and ClaimPro Roofing. Professional, courteous, and no pressure or stress during the process. They worked diligently with our homeowner's insurance to ensure we received full benefits and also to ensure we understood each step of the process. I would definitely recommend this team!

  Absolutely. One of the best companies that I have ever worked with. I was dead set on not getting my roof done until Dave showed me the actual damage that was done to my roof by hail and went over all of the reasons why my roof needed to be fixed. He sat there and was very patient with me. And also helped me with the insurance side of things. At no point, did I ever feel pressure. And as a mom of special needs kids and someone that works from home I had a lot of concerns. This company worked with me on dates and times that worked with my work schedule and with my kids. They were very professional and I even got follow-up checking on the work that they did making sure that everything was to my satisfaction. 10/10 recommend. They are more than just a company. They actually care.

  Extremely satisfied. Had little hope of ever having a contractor go through such lengths to have satisfied customers. Somewhat unheard of these days. They saw things and found things needing repair and just repaired and fixed and made better anything that needed it. In and out in 2 days.

  Highly recommend Claimpro Roofing. Kanan Bagley was professional, responsive, and honest throughout the entire process. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and treated my property with care. Quality workmanship and excellent communication from start to finish. I would absolutely use them again.

They handled everything with our insurance, and before we knew it, we had a brand new roof from hail damage. They’re a newer company in Dothan, but very professional and responsive.
