  Gave me a quote of $9400 for a 1250sq ft home for a traditional shingle roof... getting a metal roof for almost half the price with someone else. Seems like a rip off.

Your quote included not just the cost of materials, but the skilled craftsmen who would be devoting their time and talent to your project. Furthermore, comparing a traditional shingle roof to a metal roof is rather like comparing apples to oranges. Each material has its own costs, benefits, and trickiness to install that must be accounted for. We're disappointed that you have decided to go with another company, but we're confident that our work is of the highest quality, and our prices are fair.
