Absolutely horrible!!! We spent a ton of money for a lifetime warranty on metal roof & within 4 years, the screws were stripped out & our foundation was rotted from water damage. We called Mr. Joyner in January when we noticed it & he said he would send someone out to fix it. Two months later, no phone call, email, letter to inform us of who or when someone was coming. Mr. Joyner was called again & he stated he sent his "guy" out here but we were not home. No apology & many excuses later, Mr. Joyner was reminded that we have a locked privacy fence & 3 dogs in backyard & someone would have to be home & that nobody contacted us about "stopping by" for we work & have a busy life. Three days later, on a Sunday afternoon, someone came by for an hour & temporarily put in a "quick fix" to get us by until he could purchase all the supplies needed (even though Mr. Joyner assessed the damages in January & knew what needed to be purchased to fix the roof). A month has gone by & several rescheduled have been made due to weather issues & were supposed to be at our home at 7:30 this morning & no show (Friday is a work day so time taken off to sit at home & wait), then Bennie was called back & he said he was running behind & would be here @ noon. At 12:30, Bennie was called again & did not apologize & stated "we are in Dothan & on our way!" He was curt & rude & as of 2:00 pm, still not here. Do not ever use this company for once they have your money, they don't care!!

We are really enjoying our metal roof. Mr. Ron was very patient with all of our questions and concerns. He answered them all and then some. We were able to see other roofs that they installed and they even helped us settle on a color. It took them 3-4 days to put the roof on. They were very careful not to damage the lawn and they addressed any issues that we had. We could not be happier.

Mr.Ron Joyner and his crew just completed putting a new roof on my mobile home and back porch. They arrived within a day and began working immediately. The job was completed quickly and looks excellent. Mr.Joyner constantly kept me informed what was happening and he was great to work with, just as was his crew who were very professional and friendly men. They did an excellent job and I am very pleased with the outcome and I would recommend them very highly to anyone needing or wanting a metal roof. Price was also very affordable.
