  I own a commercial building in Bound Brook that started having roof leaks. Ruben responded right away, handled the emergency roof repair, and then put together a clear plan for a long-term solution. Later, after another major storm caused more damage, they were my first call, and they did an excellent job, including a full commercial roof replacement. Throughout the whole process, they were responsive, knowledgeable, and honest. They explained the roofing options in simple terms, kept me updated on the work, and made sure the building was protected. I would absolutely use them again for any commercial roofing repair or replacement.

  I can’t say enough good things about Carter & Sons Roofing. They came out during the warm weather and installed a new roof on my home when other roofing contractors would not follow through. I have a double wide home, and they still handled the job with no trouble. From the first call to the final cleanup, the whole process was smooth. Edward and the crew gave great customer service, explained the roofing work clearly, helped with shingle color choices, and stayed honest, kind, and professional the entire time.   Edward from the roofing company really goes above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of. Before I hired him for a full roof replacement, I had found his number online and called late one night about a roof leak dripping into my bedroom. He answered right away and came out the next morning to handle the repair. He worked carefully and got the leak stopped fast. Later, when it was time for a new roof, I called him again. The roof replacement was done quickly, neatly, and with real attention to detail. The crew cleaned up all the debris, and when I got home, the only thing different was the beautiful new roof. Everything looked professional from start to finish. After that, when I was getting ready to sell my home in Bound Brook, Edward was very helpful with transferring the roof warranty to the new owners. He made the whole process easy and was great to work with. I have recommended this roofing company many times without hesitation. A new roof is a big investment, but this one was absolutely worth it.

  Great roofer experience. Everything moved surprisingly fast and there were no issues at all.   i've worked with this roofing team more than once for storm-related roof damage, and edward was very easy to work with. He carefully checked the shingles, flashing, and other roof areas, found all the damage, and helped get everything sorted out with the insurance company. More recently, i noticed a water stain and thought there might be a roofing problem, and edward quickly sent a roofer out to inspect it. They took the time to review everything, confirmed the roof was still in good shape, and traced the issue to a leaking a/c drain pan instead of the roof. i really appreciate that they were honest, responsive, and willing to stand behind their roofing work. It says a lot when a roofer is focused on doing the right thing and making sure the customer can trust the quality and reliability of the work.

  If you’re anything like me and have a hard time finding honest, dependable roofers, I definitely recommend Carter & Sons Roofing. I needed roof repair work, and the next day Ruben came by and walked me through the whole roofing process from start to finish, including the insurance claim details, which made everything much less stressful. The crew was respectful, careful, and clearly knew their roofing work. They handled the repair smoothly, kept the job organized, and the finished roof looks great.   After we had solar panels put on the roof, I later noticed a couple of shingles come down with some snow that had built up on the roof. When the weather warmed up, I reached out to have a roofer check whether there were any missing shingles or if it was only leftover roofing debris from the installation work. Edward got back to me quickly and inspected the roof the very next day. The good news was that the shingles I saw were only debris, but during the inspection he also found several cracked cap shingles that needed repair. He sent over a clear quote, and Josiah in the office helped me set up the repair without any hassle. The roofing repair was completed the following week. I really appreciated the fast communication by email and text, which made the whole process easy for my work schedule. Everyone was friendly, professional, and easy to work with.   edward has always been my go to for roof repairs, inspections, and help after storm damage in Bound Brook. Carter & Sons Roofing made the whole insurance claim process one of the easiest i ve ever had. he stayed in touch often, kept me updated on when the roofing materials would arrive, and let me know exactly when the roof replacement was scheduled. when i got home from work, the crew had finished the job, cleaned up the property well, and the new shingles looked amazing. in the past, edward was my first call for roofing fixes, and now that he helped me get a brand new roof, he will always be my roofing guy. the whole experience felt simple and stress free, and the workmanship, communication, and cleanup were all excellent.

  I can’t recommend this roofing company enough! Ruben and his crew were incredible to work with from start to finish. Ruben responded quickly when I asked for a quote, and I received the estimate right away. He really knows a lot about roofing and even suggested a few smart ideas I hadn’t considered. The quote was clear and laid out all the work they’d do, plus any extra costs that could come up if they found issues along the way, so there were no surprises. Ruben was very flexible with my schedule, and the whole roofing project was finished in less than three days. The team did a full tear-off of three old layers, replaced a lot of damaged wood, took off and installed new fascia and gutters, and also did siding and trim work on two dormers. The crew, led by Josiah, showed up early each day and worked hard until sunset. They were professional, respectful, and left my yard spotless at the end of each day. They even had photos of where everything was before they started, so all my outdoor furniture and planters went back exactly where they belonged.   During a recent wind storm, a tree from the neighboring property toppled over and damaged one of our skylights. Edward and Ruben arrived quickly, even on a Sunday, to check out the damage and make emergency repairs so our home stayed protected. Later on, they replaced the skylight and handled all the necessary roofing, gutter, and stucco repairs. The entire process went smoothly and their communication was excellent. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and would definitely recommend Carter & Sons Roofing to anyone needing roof repairs or a new roof.
