We hired Josh to do a small roofing repair on our home, which involved taking off the aluminum siding and installing step flashing along the side of the house that meets our attached garage, where we had a small leak. Not only was the job done incorrectly, but the siding in the area where he was working was completely destroyed. It was severely scraped and dented after he worked in that area of our home, in addition to him not reinstalling it back the correct way onto the side of our house. It took several weeks for us to get another contractor out to replace the siding that he damaged, causing a lot of anxiety for us, not knowing whether or not water was going to destroy both the insulation and interior walls of our home in the area that he himself severely damaged. Josh did, however, pay to have the siding in that area replaced by another contractor, but we had to worry about further damage to our home in the meantime. He also left a mess in the backyard of our home, with nails and black roofing particles scattered all over our patio furniture, as well as the patio itself and the driveway in the front. This was particularly concerning for us, because we have two small children who could have very easily gotten hurt. It took about an hour for me to clean up after him. I would NOT recommend this business at all to anyone.

I reached out to several roofing companies for quotes, and Choice Roofing stood out as by far the easiest to work with. They required minimal back-and-forth, were able to gather all the necessary measurements for an accurate quote without …

Josh and his crew replaced our roof quickly and professionally. He gave us a great price quote with the same materials used. The final price was the same as the quoted price with no outlandish add ons.

Josh and his team did a great job. TO start I received 9 estimates. His was on the lower side, best one with good reviews and liked the discussion with him. Within a week they came out- started the job at 7:30 and were done by 4:30 and …

Josh and his crew were fantastic. They put on a new roof and gutters for us and did a great job. They cleaned up the mess impeccably, they actually left it cleaner than it was before they started. I highly recommend Choice Roofing and Construction.

Josh (Choice Roofing) did a complete replacement of our 21 year old roof, and we couldn't be any happier. First, let me talk about the quote: I called 7 companies, and spoke with 5 who could do a quote quickly, including Choice. I had prices range from as low as $16,500 and as high as $32,870!!!! (see picture of the high estimate) This was contractors quoting for the same materials (GAF shingles, 2 Velux skylights), the same underlayment, same ice barrier, same replacement boots around the plumbing vents, same drip edge, etc. Can you imagine? 2x the price!!! Crazy. Anyway, Josh's price was not the absolute lowest, but it was certainly fair & he had a more established business / awesome reviews. Plus my wife knew another teacher who had Josh replace her roof & their family was very happy. So we went with Choice Roofing / Josh (for context, his price was $18k-ish). The roof was done in a day & a half, and it looks great. He also installed a pair of solar attic fans, and thoroughly cleaned the yard (which was important: we have a pool, kids, dog, etc - couldn’t have stray nails laying around) The point is, shop around - you'll be amazed at what some contractors try to get away with. Meantime, definitely check out Josh. Great work, fair price, very professional, & the best communicator of anyone I met with (and that matters, too). I most highly recommended Choice Roofing.

Josh of Choice Roofing replace our 27 year old roof a few weeks ago. Despite being a larger roof they got the roof replaced in one day! Roof was done is a high definition shingle and looks great. He installed a solar attic fan. Also did a fantastic job with replacing rain gutters. We upgraded to a 6 inch gutter. Gave a better price than other company estimates as well. Highly recommended.
