Tried for days to hire this man & could never get him on the phone - he would make appointments to come out and then never showed and never answered.

We have spent as much repairing our roof as we did for the original roofing job. We have lost shingles between 12-20 times in the last 3 years and now, no reputable roofer will repair unless we do a complete re-roof. I'm replacing buckets to catch water in multiple spots due to this tropical depression we are sitting under, as we speak. If i vould give less than one star, I would!

Good Ratings on BBB and Google. Would love to put them to work but I cannot reach them at 2 different phone numbers. I have left messages. People have answered and then hung up on me. I'm not to sure what is going on with this company.

I’ve known Keith for year, Great guy and they did a great job on my roof! They did extras like fixed my siding and cleaned my gutters. I’m super proud to pull up and see the great job they did. Looks so much better than my original roof. Thanks Guys for going the extra mile! I definitely recommend

Keith is the GOAT. He and his team Lindsey included, are some of the best workers I have ever done business with. Start to finish, clear, honest transparency, and they help with insurance claims. It was a seamless process. I went from a damaged leaking roof to a new roof for both structures in less than a week. I can't say enough how it feels to be treated with such kindness and respect and not be railroaded. He made his recommendations and leaves you to decide how to proceed. He kept his word every step of the way!! 1000/10!!

7-years ago, I had called Charles Sharp Roofing for a roof repair. I had to call them again on 12/5/2025. My ceiling was wet in the living room and plus other areas. Keith and his crew was able to come out 12/6/2025 and place a new roof. They placed my roof in one day. They also placed my gutters on 12/8/2025. This team is punctual and efficient. They're clean up is great and Keith assessed the perimeters of the house to ensure nothing was left. The communication was superb. Forgive me for forgetting her name, but she is amazing. I work late and she kept me updated through text, pictures, and videos of the roof condition before, during, and after installation. I plan on calling them back for some sidings on my house. In my opinion, they are an amazing company. If you have any roof and gutter problem, don't hesitate, call Charles Sharp Roofing! 😉 You won't be disappointed. 7-years ago, I called Charles Sharp Roofing for a roof repair. He came within a reasonable time frame. He got the job done in a timely manner and was very professional. He actually went up and beyond what was asked of him. I am very impressed and I am very happy that I decided to go with him over the other 2 that I had contact.

I am beyond grateful for Charles Sharp Roofing and Carpentry! They recently completed roof repair, inspection, installation, damage repair, gutter repair, gutter installation, and roof repair for wind and storm damage on my home, and the entire experience left me feeling relieved and so thankful. From the moment they arrived, the team was friendly, professional, and incredibly respectful of my home. They took the time to explain every step in a way that made me feel informed and confident, which eased a lot of the stress I had about such a big project. They didn’t just do the job. They went out of their way to make sure every detail was handled perfectly. Their hard work and care truly showed. They worked efficiently, kept the area spotless, and made my roof and gutters look brand new. Knowing my home is now protected gives me such peace of mind. On top of all that, the price was excellent and the value for the level of service and quality was unbeatable. Charles Sharp Roofing and Carpentry went above and beyond in every way. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I’m so thankful for the pride they take in their work. If you need any roofing or gutter services, I wholeheartedly recommend them! You won’t be disappointed!

Here at Wholesale Electric Supply in Jonesboro we needed a new metal roof. Charles Sharp Roofing gave me a great price and started on it almost the next day. Him and his crew completed the job in just 1 day. Great customer service and great craftmanship. 100% recommend. Thanks Charles Sharp Roofing!

Was referred to Mr. Sharp by an acquaintance of ours. After getting several other quotes that ranged from outrageous to downright insulting. He took the time to take a detailed look at my roof, and surprisingly said you could get by with …

HUGE shoutout to Charles Sharp Roofing!! I was dreading making a weather claim on our home because of the stress that comes with insurance and contractor. Keith, Lyndsy, and the crew have been beyond amazing to work with. They’ve taken care of absolutely everything. He came out to my home and inspected the roof the day I called the office. Once the claim was approved they were out first thing the following morning and got to work! They’ve left my yard spotless after every visit and got my cameras lined back out where I needed them. They were all extremely polite throughout the entire process.

I was blown away by their work!! They went above and beyond, not only with the quality of work but also with the customer service. Most roofing companies around here do not do that and only do the bare minimum. Our roof looks EXCEPTIONAL and we know it was done right. We would recommend them to anyone!!

Great company, we talked to several people with the crew and all were very informative and helpful. They started on the day they said and the work looks amazing, can't wait til they are finished with everything. They were so helpful, we decided to have more work done.
