  Never called me back

I had made an appointment to have my food checked out, date and time set. Tech never showed, I called to ask what happened, the apologized and had a tech come out later that day. Tech arrived, took photos and told me he would talk to his boss and they will call me back. It’s been a week and haven’t heard a thing. Don’t recommend.

Last week I had Champion do a roof inspection for me on a house I just purchased. I gave my credit card information over the phone to a male employee for payment. This was a NEW card, never been used anywhere else and nobody had the number but YOUR COMPANY. The number was sold by one of your employees and duplicated into a fraudulent card which just purchased gas for $100 at a station in Rialto, CA. I had it cancelled and notified Chase fraud department as well as the police and gave them your information. I don’t know what kind of business you’re running but your customer service is horrible and you might want to do background checks before hiring people who deal with customers private information. This is the last thing people need with everything else going on right now, DO BETTER!!!!!!!

Hello, when did you notice the card was used? So you're accusing one of our employees of fraudulent behavior. Who told you that it got sold and duplicated? In this case I am the owner and I will take care of this with my employees. My employees said that your card has not yet even been charged for our service. No one had access to this number so I am not sure how it could've been anyone from my company that did something fraudulent. I feel disrespected that you would accuse me of running a scam for a business. I feel discomfort and upset. You did good on contacting Chase and the police we will wait for them to cantact me

I used this roofing service to install a new roof. They took great care of me, and after my garage roof was damage due to a fire, they promptly installed a new roof per service agreement. Really great and professional workers.

They did an excellent job at a fair price and communicated well. They also protected and cleaned the property in a professional manner. I would use them again. Barry Lee O’Connor

Daniel and Rudy were on site and ready to rock at appointed time, very professional. Kept noise to minimum even though replacing tiles/performing maintenance on a roof, and did the job RIGHT the FIRST time. Price is competitive and quality excellent, highly recommend. Semper Fi.

We are very happy with the work done to replace our rotting fascia boards and extending our drain to avoid this in the future. The process was great from the start. The estimator came out quickly and listened to everything we needed done and I was impressed with the detailed estimate that came in a contract. The office staff was quick to respond to any questions or alterations that needed to be done. I was happy with Alex who helped to coordinate the work and the workers were professional, courteous, attentive to detail, and did a great job cleaning up. I also want to point out the workers had to take off some of the tile roofing to extend the drain so it wasn't just fascia boards that were worked on and the price was reasonable especially for a company that is licensed and insured. I highly recommend this company.
