  Inconsiderate driver. Ive been at the minute fuel for 15 mins waiting on a diesel pump. One of your drivers has decided to PARK at the pump and is eating his lunch while sitting in his truck...at the diesel pump...not using the pump. They're are literally 20 parking spots he could have used. Driver was at the pump almost 30 mins...he must be salary...right? Lol

  My business is in South Austin in a 17000 sf building. We called Chamberlin out for roof repair and when they arrived, they had no ladder high enough to access the roof. They rescheduled and have no showed on us twice. Yes, twice. Ridiculous that they are a commercial roofer and I’ll equipped to access a roof! We have moved on obviously but wanted to give credit where Credit is due. Stay clear of this one.

  Highland mall leaked after they waterproofed it.

  Thank you for contacting Chamberlin. Are you employed by Highland Mall or ACC? If so, can you give us more information on how to reach you? We would be happy to meet you on site to see if there is a further course of action to be taken to remedy any water intrusion. Our scope of work was for a specific section of the building, but not the entire facility. Additionally, our work passed water tight inspection via electronic testing by an independent engineering firm, so it may be possible that water is coming in from another location that was repaired by a different company.   Chamberlin Roofing has provided excellent service at our commercial building. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. I appreciate the attention they give to communication from quoting a job to scheduling to walking us through the issue and completed work. I highly recommend this company!
