I had several active leaks in my house, so I needed to address the problem quickly. I decided to switch from shingles to a low-slope roof, and choosing Central Roofing turned out to be the right decision. They work with the Supreme flat roof system and provided an excellent solution for my situation. Chris was honest and straightforward throughout the entire process, especially when it came to costs and approvals. Communication with him and his team was always easy. They are knowledgeable, hardworking, and clearly committed to delivering quality results. What really stood out to me was Chris’s professionalism and integrity. On the first day, he showed up with his team ready to start, but because it was drizzling and rain was in the forecast, he decided to cancel the job for the day. I know that probably cost him money, but he didn’t want to take the risk of opening the roof with rain in the forecast. Not everyone would make that call, and I really appreciated it. Unfortunately, the plywood was completely soaked and they ended up redecking the whole roof, no cutting corners, and spent extra time on my project to do it right. The team handled everything smoothly, and the final result looks great. I’m very happy with their work and would highly recommend Central Roofing to anyone needing roofing services.

Chris and his crew were thorough, professional and accommodating. Chris lined up a carpenter to do specialized modifications to my porch roof and worked around my busy renovation schedule. He also coordinated a top-notch team to replace the gutters. Overall great experience and result. I highly recommend Central Roofing.

I am writing this review mainly for people who are looking at having a roof replaced and perhaps have never been through the process before. When spending a large amount of money on such an important part of your house it is understandable to be cautious. We shopped around HRM for quotes, looked for reviews, and heard back from a few businesses with quotes for the work. Central Roofing won our business for three main reasons: they offered a competitive quote; they had been in business in HRM since 1999 (longevity/experience); and we heard back quickly and directly from the owner. This was the case throughout the entire project - the responsiveness of Central Roofing was excellent. I would recommend anyone in need of a new roof to at least add Central Roofing to your list of companies to get quotes from.
