The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Central Roofing Company Irvine. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

We’re very happy with our experience using Clear View Roofing & Construction. From the beginning, the communication stood out as a major positive. Our project manager, Erik, was consistently responsive, easy to reach, and proactive about keeping us updated on progress. When questions or minor issues came up during the job, Erik handled them quickly and efficiently, which gave us a lot of confidence throughout the process. It made a potentially stressful project feel organized and well-managed. The team was professional, and the overall experience was smooth from start to finish

I am a repeat customer of Central Roofing because of their excellent customer service and competitive pricing. I contacted them again to bring our 27,000sf warehouse roof back up to par. Their office and field staff are professional, efficient and really care about their customers. During the initial job walk, Jose and Felipe provided detailed pictures of the roof's condition and gave me several options to resolve my roof concerns. Their bid was extremely competitive compared to other providers in the area for the same exact services! When the big day came, the crew made sure we knew what to expect. Jose provided daily updates, including pictures so we could see the progress throughout the project. Now we have a beautiful, fully refreshed and sealed roof with a 10-year warranty. I encourage you to get a quote to see just how much better their customer service and pricing is - you will be amazed!

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 5 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Central Roofing Company Irvine. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
