Jonathan Rank was timely and professional; he communicated well with the Home Owners Association. The work was done well and completed slightly earlier than expected. All the mess of leaves from the roofs and gutters were cleaned up and disposed of and we looked neat as a pin when the job was done. It was worth paying a little more for the service. We will hire him again next year and I personally will hire him for intermediate cleanings of our roofs and gutters.

This guy did awesome work. I needed to get my tiled roof looking good before I put my house on the market. He was fun to work with, on time, and did top notch work. I have been in the trades for 40 years and I know how a roof should be cleaned. Jonathon went above and beyond what I paid him to do. I would definitely recommend him.

We had our gutters cleaned by Jonathon at Central Coast this year. He was really on top of communication, the bid was very reasonable, showed up on time, and did a great job! We’ll be calling him again.
