  I recently had my roof replaced and couldn’t be happier with the experience. One of the things I appreciated most was how smoothly the team worked with our insurance company throughout the process.Magda was knowledgeable, responsive, and helped explain everything clearly, making what could have been a stressful situation much easier to navigate. The crew was professional, the work was completed on time, and the quality of the new roof is excellent. I highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing services, especially if they’re dealing with an insurance claim. Magda is the best!

Magda “went the extra mile” and so much more in dealing with our insurance company and their representatives. She got our entire claimed covered! The installer crew(s) were exceptional! The roof, gutters/downspouts, and garage door all were installed professionally with great efficiency and impeccable clean up after the work for each phase was concluded!   I can’t say enough about Magda Nassar and her team. They fought my insurance claim from start to finish and got it fully approved. The scope included my roof, gutters, windows, and doors, and everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Caliber Roofing executed the project and did an excellent job on the install and overall coordination. Solid communication, strong advocacy, and quality work across the board. Highly recommend both teams.

  Called for an appointment. Came a day later after saying she would come same day. Fine. Owner took a look on the roof for 5-10 minutes. Not at all what I expected from a roof inspection and a company with 5 stars. Left without providing options other than tarping, asked me to switch to Allstate and call her in a year. Spent 5 minutes on roof and 20 minutes slandering State Farm, telling me to switch providers. I believe some her information could have been valuable If it actually led to next steps. She could have been helpful and provided me a quote for a roof replacement and I would be a step closer to a solution. I will not work with this contractor due to the tactics she employed. I’m looking for a new roof. Guess I wasn’t a claim candidate. Insight into the business I guess. Won’t get my business.

I mentioned options like switching to a more responsive insurance company in the future based on experience, not to slander but to empower you with long-term insight. I understand you were hoping for a quote, but my priority was giving you the full picture first.   Absolutely a pleasure to work with. I needed a roof certified for a village inspection and found Caliber Roofing through a Google search. The amazing customer experience I received started while discussing my needs. The owner made sure that we were both on the same page, set realistic expectations as to when she could get out to inspect the roof and then when I May expect the certification document. It was all much quicker than I was expecting, so I was quite delighted. To my surprise, the owner was able to get the inspection and report to me much further ahead of the schedule we agreed upon! I was expecting to replace the entire roof after closing and had shared this with the owner during our call and was expecting a quote for the replacement. Turns out, the roof is in much better condition than expected and saved us between $8-$12k. The professionalism, the personability, and the level of customer service will keep me coming back to Caliber for all our needs!
