  South Bay Single Family House, needing a new roof, insulation. Very professional and recommend. Very communicative, understanding of my budget. I always go with a referral but in this case I didn't know anyone in roofing. I gemini'ed AI my needs for insulated roof and foam boards and wanted a qualified contractor in the area. Cal State Roofing was the third one. The first two companies: the first didn't do residential and the second was in San Jose and willing to come up. Luckily bc Noah showed up answered my questions, provided me with a quote, (very reasonable) and gave me dates. I ran quotes with three others in the area, Cal State was not the cheapest but they were the most transparent, value add, and trustworthy. I didn't feel like being sold by a sales person.

  I was referred to Cal State Roofing and Sheet Metal by my neighbor, who had their roof replaced and had a great experience. After working with them myself last December, I completely agree with the recommendation. From the start, Noah was extremely helpful—he clearly explained the entire process, helped me choose the right materials, and answered all of my questions. The installation went smoothly. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up the area thoroughly at the end of each day. At one point, some debris fell onto my neighbor’s property, and the team immediately took responsibility and cleaned everything up, which I really appreciated. A few months after the project was completed, I suspected a possible leak near the gutter. Noah was very responsive—he came out quickly to inspect and confirmed that there was no leak. His follow-up and willingness to check on the issue shows how much they stand behind their work. The roof looks great, and the overall workmanship and customer service have been excellent. I’m very satisfied and highly recommend Cal State Roofing and Sheet Metal to anyone looking for a reliable and professional roofing contractor.

  The entire Cal State Roofing team truly exceeded our expectations and our expectations were sky high. Noah, our team lead, was detailed, communicative and had impeccable follow-up.
