Juan was very polite, thorough and was able to price match competitors. He was also able to begin work right away to prevent further damage to our home.

Our roof required replacement, and to top it all off, a garage leak resulted from incorrect flashing. The folks from Cadeza Roofing/Construction LLC inspected the entire roofing deck, repaired/replaced it as necessary, installed the proper flashing and drip edge, and applied an ice/water shield. They paid close attention to detail by covering our pool, HVAC, and every essential area to minimize debris. I strongly recommend their services. They are responsive, considerate of your schedule, and strive to do excellent work. Juan, thank you for doing such great work. We greatly appreciate it.

Juan from Cadeza Roofing was fantastic to work with. He was able to walk us through step by step of the whole process. He gave us multiple options so we can go with what was best for us and dealt with the insurance adjusters. The process was very simple and the actual installation of the roof was swift and clean. His whole team did an amazing job.

Fast and reliable. I had a gutter falling off and called. The next day he came and fixed it without me coming over. He did. A great job. Thanks!

Had a great experience with Juan and Caldeza Roofing today! I asked him to come by to quote a roof leak. Since it was on the second floor, I wasn’t entirely sure what the cause was. He quickly diagnosed the problem, provided a quote, and was able to fix the issue same-day. Would definitely call him again and recommend to friends.

Needed to get new *fascia, soffits and gutters under the patio*. Came out for a quote and was able to start the following week. Answered all my questions. I’d hire them again!

Cadeza roofing did an excellent job installing a new roof to my home. When I reached out to Juan he responded very promptly. He efficiently explained all the details to me answering all my questions and addressed my concerns. Cadeza roofing was recommended to me by a neighbor and I would highly recommend them as well!

After two prior estimates, I gave Cadeza Roofing a call and spoke with Juan. I explained the issues I was having with my roof. Juan and his crew came out that next morning and analyzed my situation and explained the different options I had. He gave me an immediate quote, which was very fair, and was able to start the repair right then and there. He briefly left to grab materials and my roof was repaired within a few hours. I’ll be calling him again for any additional roofing needs or roof replacement in the future. He also mentioned they do out outdoor patios which I will be keeping in mind. Overall, great communication, price, and service. I’m happy I went with Cadeza Roofing & Construction

I am so happy to have hired Juan, owner of Cadeza Roofing to replace my wind damaged roof. Not only is he honest, but he and his crew did an amazing, quick and proficient job. I couldn't be more happier and will definitely recommend him to everyone.

Cadeza Roofing is one of the best roofing companies I have ever dealt with over my last 20 years of residential/commercial construction. They showed up when scheduled, no change orders and showed back up when the hurricane came thru and repaired any roof issues (even when it was siding/brick issues). IF I COULD GIVE 10 STARS I WOULD!!! Juan & his team are awesome.
