We purchased a new home in CDA Place 3.5 years ago. We are starting to have shingles come off the roof. Their website says they have 10 year warranty but when I called to ask about it, they refused to do anything about it and stated since …

Their transportation fleet is unprofessional in my experience

On southbound I-95 on the morning of October 29, 2025, in town (Hayden) and during inclement weather, a C&K truck was driving at least 10–15 mph over the speed limit — possibly more — tailgating, weaving through traffic, and driving …

These roofers were hired by my apartment Noll Lofts in Liberty Lake. We have a strict no smoking policy. These roofers are smoking on the roof without any way to dispose of their ashes. This is not only a health risk but also a major fire …

The redhead threw a drink at my girl and then the two trucks almost ran us off the road. After we left the game. Are all your employees drunks? Plus I’m not the only one.

In 2018 we had a house built by Timbered Ridge and C&K was the roofing contractor that installed the roof. Within the first year C&K was called out several times to make corrections that I as the home owner found, not the county building inspector or Timebered Ridge. It was recently brought to our attention that the ridge venting was installed incorrectly according to the building code. After researching attic venting it turns out that they installed 40% too much ridge vent vs soffit vents causing an imbalance of air flow throughout the attic. Its obviously clear that C&K is incompetent at performing roofing work in accordance with building codes and manufacture specifications. We are now having to pay out of pocket to make necessary corrections that C&K should have done correctly from the very beginning. I would steer clear from this contractor.

This morning, driving south on Highway 95 from Sagle towards Hayden. I was nearly ran off the road by a CNK roofing pick up driver. No way of apology. No flashing of lights indicate they were sorry. If this is how they treat drivers on the road, you can imagine how they might treat their clients.

I called for a total roof replacement and they came out and quoted me a price, then a week before I found out that the shingles on the pitched side was not quoted nor was the attached guest house, they added the pitched part of the roof but …

Sean Levesque and the entire group at C&K Roofing are the best! I had a roof leak that was very difficult to isolate. Since C&K originally installed the roof, they took a personal sense of pride in fixing it correctly. I appreciate all their efforts. Everyone was courteous to myself and my property. The crew was punctual and professional. They fixed my leak and took care to clean up when the job was complete. Finding a company to "stand behind their work" is rare. I would not hesitate to work with C&K Roofing in the future. Thank you!

Called C&K for a roof leak and they promptly made it out a day later. I was very pleased with how they handled the situation. Not only did they fix the leak, but inspected and repaired other areas that i was unaware of. I would for sure do business with them again.

C&K exceeded our expectations from start to finish. All of the crew were very polite and professional. They showed up on time for days one and two and worked really fast and thorough as a team. We were having a duplex done and they made sure to always be in communication with both us and the other owners. This company has gone above and beyond for us in making this process as easy as possible. Thank you all so much!!
