  I called James at Buckstop Roofing about a leak in two rooms of our home. I chose Buckstop because his website said that he would do an inspection and there would be no pressure - he lived up to his word. He did the inspection, gave me my options, and went right to work. He kept me informed throughout the job, and called me to review issues that were present. He also cut back some limbs that were touching the house at no added cost. He asked if my husband had served in the military and gave us a Veteran's Discount - I wasn't expecting it, and wouldn't have known to ask, and that tells me he cares about his customers. At the end of the job, my roof looks great, and he cleaned up the debris from cleaning our roof in addition to the repair work he did. One thing that I am very excited about is that he offers a routine maintenance plan. This is such a benefit for me since we live on a wooded lot and leaves are a problem for our roof. I thought his pricing was fair, and the maintenance plan is going to benefit us in the future. After everything was finished, I got a call checking back to make sure we were satisfied. This is terrific customer service!
