  We have had a great experience with this roofing company over time. They replaced the roof on a previous home and also installed the roof on our newer home. They truly stand behind their roofing materials and workmanship, and they always go the extra mile to make sure we are satisfied. They also provide regular roof inspections and take care of any wear, weather-related issues, or minor damage before it turns into a bigger problem. After a strong wind, I noticed a torn shingle on the ground and called for a roof inspection. They were able to fit us in quickly, checked the entire roof very carefully, and fixed the damaged shingles during the same visit. They also took photos and documented the repairs, which was very helpful. Across many service visits, they have always been professional, friendly, and dependable. Their roofing crew does quality work at fair prices, and it is clear they care about long-term roof performance and customer satisfaction.

  randall was very professional and easy to talk with. He handled all our roofing needs from start to finish and also helped with the insurance process, which made everything much easier for our family in Boulder Creek. He went above and beyond what we expected, including helping us improve an old chimney cover that had looked bad for a long time and making sure it worked well with the roofline. His crew was polite, friendly, and respectful the whole time. They kept the job site neat, cleaned up debris each day, and made sure the final roof work looked solid and well finished. We also appreciated how clearly he explained the materials, the repair steps, and what to expect during the project. When we had a few home exterior questions outside the main roofing job, randall was still helpful and pointed us in the right direction so we could keep things moving.   i wanted to leave this review because i was really surprised in a good way. i had boulder creek roofing come out to repair a roof leak, and during the next heavy rain i noticed water showing up in the same area again. i called back, and randall responded quickly and said a roofer would come out soon to check everything. the crew arrived, inspected the roof more closely, and found that the skylight flashing was also part of the leak problem. they took care of the repair and made sure the area was sealed up right. not long after, randall called me personally, apologized for the confusion, and said they stood behind their roofing work and would make it right. that kind of honesty and responsibility is hard to find. what impressed me most was the integrity and follow-through. they did not avoid the issue, and they handled the leak repair in a professional way. later, when i noticed a roof edge starting to lift, they sent workers out right away. while fixing that section, the crew also spotted another small roofing issue and repaired it without me even having to ask. it is clear they care about the quality of their roof work, communication, and customer service. i trust their team, and i appreciate that they stand behind their repairs and pay attention to the details.
