  November: 2/5 communication was awful in the last leg of the project. Multiple conversations about the need to communicate better and assurances that it would improve but still had the same issues then. Siding crew did good work it seems though. Hopefully Boelter uses this experience to improve their client communication and makes this right in the end. October update2: 4/5 Windows done now, the lead installed Eddie and his helper Nick were absolutely wonderful to work with and they did an extremely quick, clean, and detailed job from the looks of it. Raising back to 4 stars as there's still been some scheduling issues namely last minute notice, but this can be made back up depending on the scheduling communication and handling of the last stage of the project. October Update: Tim has continued to be an ally of a sales person, but there have been issues since paperwork was signed....we were doing partial roof repair, full siding/soffit, and a few windows....it took quite a while for the first contact to get roofing scheduled, and that was requesting to come out with less than 24hrs notice....after we finally got that straightened out and they came out they were awesome and seem to have done a good job Now we have had another issue with the next stage of the project: windows...I received a call again requesting to come out with less than 24hrs notice to install, luckily this time I was able to coordinate this with my work schedule so I could be present. However the next morning I received a call that they would be unable to come out today due to the rain since they had to be on shingles for the windows and it was a safety concern if they were still wet....I get the safety risk...but 4 of the 5 windows they were supposed to be doing are on a flat wall with no shingle ledge to be dealt with, so I called back a short while later to request they still come out and was told the crew had been retasked to an indoor project and they might be able to get out but it didn't

  I was not impressed. The estimate took more than a month to arrive and was for more than double the competition.

  Add another 75% to any quote, then hope for the best

  Crew left a big mess! Poor customer service! Siding guys couldn't hit the nails and left holes installation. Crew left job incomplete, called owner for things to be done correctly, never took responsibility for their mistake.

  Boelter recently replaced my patio roof and their team was both professional and courteous. Communication both prior to the work as well as after was always top notch.

  Bill, just wanted to Thank You and Your Amazing Teams for the work that they did! It was a pleasure working with Kyle, Shane, and Jim. They shared materials so we know how to continue to care for our siding, provided professional recommendations (gutter placement, etc). We appreciated the open communication with the whole team; from management to the frontline workers. Thanks again!! Hope to work with you again, but hopefully not for another 30 years. :) Truely enjoyed the personal approach that all your employees took when caring for our home! Hands down, best contractors we've worker with!
