Sam was very friendly and quick to respond to my call, scheduled to come look at the roof leak the same day, he went up on the reef himself, took pictures to show us and gave us a price that beat other company. Work was completed the next day. Will use them when it’s time to replace entire roof. Highly recommend.

I had a leak around my roof vent. Affordable Roofing's bid really was affordable. They had the leak fixed, checked everything on the roof resealing anything that needed resealed and gave me a two year guarantee.

Sam and his crew did an outstanding job on replacing our 20 year old roof. He provided drone video during the entire process which was really helpful. To sum it up: they offered timely communication, multiple shingle options, and outstanding service.

Did the Recent Hail Storm Leave Its Mark on Your Roof? the weather over Sugar Land and in Missouri City, Stafford, and Richmond has been anything but quiet lately. Recent storms have brought high winds and significant hail across Fort Bend County, leaving many homeowners wondering if their property took a hit. The Danger of "Hidden" Damage It is a common mistake to assume hail must be baseball-sized to cause problems. Even smaller hail, when driven by 60+ mph wind gusts, can compromise your roof’s integrity. Impacts often cause shingle "bruising" or granule loss—damage that is invisible from the ground but leads to leaks, wood rot, and mold over time. Localized Impact Recent weather warnings in our area carried "destructive" tags, meaning the velocity of the hail was enough to fracture the underlying fiberglass mat of your shingles. If your neighborhood was hit, your roof likely absorbed thousands of high-speed impacts. Don’t Wait for a Leak By the time water drips from your ceiling, the repair costs have already skyrocketed. Early detection is the key to protecting your investment. Think your roof took a hit? Let’s find out. We provide expert inspections to uncover hidden damage and determine if you qualify for a brand-new roof at little to no out-of-pocket cost. Ready for peace of mind?
