  Ronnie Bland of Bland Roofing in Macon Georgia (thank God there's only one of them) and spoke with me about his company. Mr. Bland only bragged about how he has help "black urban" kids to get on the Georgia football team and by me being a black American man, I guess he thought that I would be impressed (I was not) however, my focus was the services and bad reviews that came about Bland Roofing and what he can assure me as a client that I would not have any issues like his previous clients did (leakage, etc). His office person/ secretary sent me a typed up piece of paper without any letter head calling it a "contract" with very little details on it for $16,000 cash, after reading the horrible reviews from other customers I sent back a real and revised contract (drawn up by a real Roofing company) with same products that he uses in depth details and warranty information to his office and he sent me a email back to say that "we declined because you pick a shingle that is very expensive" (which is the same sample that Mr. Bland left a my home for me to choose from) a Landmark Pro Designer Shingles. I sent a pictureofthe LandmarkProShingleto the office for them to review what Mr. Bland left and got no response. Bland is a hustler (lair and cheat to get what he wants and leave a trail of broken promises behind) I'm I went the extra mile and did my research and reviewed his "contract". BUYER BEWARE!!!

  Mrs Wright, we have no record or payment for installing a new roof on your home, however we did submit to you in january a proposal to install the new roof but we were not choosen as your choice of contractor. Please review your records and contact your choice of contractor that installed the roof. Follow up: We just confirmed with the BBB that you did send receipt to them and we were not the company that installed your roof. Please remove this negative review immediately, thank you

  This company installed a roof on my house right before we purchased the house. In 4 years we just had to replace half the decking because of 2 valleys had a 2 ft gap with no flashing or anything. We had them come look at repairing and they would not work with us. Would not recommend using them for any roofing needs.

  In response to the above review, we installed this roof in September of 2017. We give a 2 year workmanship warranty on all jobs. However Mr. Stanford has not called the office one time in these 6 years to let us know of any issues. He just puts a google review up 6 years later without reaching out to the office. Also he states that he has valleys with 2 foot gaps and a roof can not be properly installed the way he claims the valleys are. With all due respect Bland Roofing takes care of all roof issues that we are aware of. We can not fix something we do not know about. This home has no valleys. So Mr. Stanford is not aware of the type of roof he has. We do apologize for this matter but it is not on Bland Roofing. Its on the homeowner to make us aware of any issues they have but never once called the office to bring this to our attention. We feel this is a false claim towards Bland Roofing and would like for this review to be removed/deleted.

  Poor service . I made a appointment to get my roof inspect and they never showed up or even had the courtesy to call and say they couldn't make it or something came up.

  This is by far the worst roofing company I have ever encountered in my entire life. I called them out 3 times to fix leaks that occurred shortly after they replaced my entire roof. To this day, and it has been 4 years now, I have had to tear out nearly half of the new roof they installed and replace it AGAIN, repair 7 huge spots in my ceilings and major structural damage because they didn't use flashing around the chimneys or in any of the valleys. They didn't replace noticeably rotted sections of wood and just roofed over it, causing sagging and more leaks. The owner came out twice after I called them many times about the leaks and told me to just sue his company and not call him about it again. For the sake of your finances and sanity, hire anyone else. You will just have to replace your roof twice.

  Wonderful company. Mr Bland explained everything that needed to be done to get new roof done. The crew was great and very nice and efficient and did install in 100° heat.

  Bland Roofing did a wonderful job on our roof - it was a large job and they completed it in one day. Ronnie is great to work with and I would highly recommend his company to anyone!

  My experience with Bland roofing was top notch ! Ronnie and his amazing staff took the weight off my shoulders when I found out that I had to replace my roof. Ronnie his team checked off all of my boxes. They were great communicators, the roofers were at my house at the exact time that they said that they would be, and my roof looks AMAZING !!! If you are looking for a professional roofing company that you can trust and you want to know that the job will be done right the first time, call Bland Roofing! Their prices are reasonable, they have a great warranty and the entire staff treated me like family!!!
