The first three are Google’s own figures for Big Easy Roofing, read on 24 September 2026; the share is of every rating Google has counted, not of the review texts on this page. The median is ours — the middle figure among the Louisiana roofers we list with enough ratings to compare.

Too few ratings to compare against other roofers — at 5 ratings a single unhappy customer moves this figure by several points.
The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Big Easy Roofing. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.
What reviewers keep mentioning
Topics Google extracted from this business’s reviews, with how many mention each. These are words that appeared in reviews, which is not the same as a service the business sells.

A big storm hit, and we saw our ceiling leaking in many places. We got scared the damage could be big so we rang Big Easy Roofers to check it out. Their crew came fast and looked at every part of the roof . They found a lot of hail damage we hadn't even seen, but they told us they could fix it.

Absolutely pleased with my interaction with them. Every question was answered in detail, leaving me completely satisfied with the roofing job. Would not hesitate to hire them again.

Had a leaky roof, and Big Easy Roofing's crew showed up right away to assess the damage. In due course, gutter and roof replacement in New Orleans will be necessary. In two days, they finished the gutter and new roof. No worries or delays!

I had an attic leak from my roof. After calling Big Easy Roofing, someone came out right away to inspect the roof and discuss the problems and potential fixes. Provided a price that included everything. Thorough explanations, no pushy sale.
What Big Easy Roofing says about itself
Taken from the business’s own website. We have not checked any of it. These are quotes, not credentials — a roofer writing “licensed and insured” on their homepage is not evidence that they are.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 5 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 4, of which 4 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Big Easy Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
