I’ve been chasing the trades for the past year trying to convince someone to do this repair. Either no reply or no show. I get it. For many businesses, small jobs just get in the way of bigger jobs. But a huge shout out to Mac. Stand up guy. He returned my call and came out immediately to look at it. Done as promised a few days later at a fair price. No gauging. If you’re in need of a small business owner who puts people before business, I highly recommend Mac at Big Dog Exteriors.

Thank you so much for the review, David. I know how frustrating it can be when a repair keeps getting pushed aside, so I’m glad we could get it taken care of quickly and at a fair price. No job is too small when it matters to the homeowner. I truly appreciate your recommendation and your support of Big Dog Exteriors! — Mac

Mac and his crew did phenomenal work on our building's mansard. He worked with us to discuss cost-saving options while still providing a quality product installed by a professional crew. He saved us over $150,000 compared to other quotes we received. His crew was also done a week ahead of schedule, which was not expected for such a large construction project with so many moving parts. I attached a before and after so people can see the difference it makes to our building. We are thrilled with the results!

Wow, thank you so much for taking the time to leave this and share the before and after photos. It was a pleasure working with you on this project. Every home has its own challenges and that gate area definitely made us get a little creative, so hearing that it feels seamless means a lot. We always try to communicate clearly, do honest work, and leave people feeling like they got real value for their investment, so your words truly mean a lot to us. Your fence and soffits turned out awesome and we appreciate you trusting us with your home. Looking forward to helping with the siding when the time comes. Thanks again for the support and for giving us the opportunity to earn your business! — Mac & The Big Dog Team

As a business owner who values and set the highest standards, both professionally and personally, I highly recommend Mac & his trusted team. Mac consistently under promises and delivers a top shelf experience for his clients. Our clients ask for good trade or professional, we provide three names, then ask that they report back to us if they use one of the three. Mac delivers five star service and quality of work.
