We hired Lakeview Roof Service to repair some shingles that had buckled on the roof of the garage in our 14 year old home, and to examine possible water ingress in one corner of the garage ceiling. David inspected the entire roof and advised that the buckled shingles had been improperly installed originally. He located several other areas on our roof that had similar issues and provided photos prior to commencing work, and subsequent to completing the repairs. He determined that there had been no water leaking into the garage, however, he remedied a patch of mold at the site and re-painted that section of the ceiling. David also installed rainwater diverters to channel water away from the fascia and into the gutters, to prevent any wood rot in the fascia. His service was professional, thorough and courteous. We highly recommend David and his firm.

Storm came through and water was leaking from our covered patio. Called Lakeview and Dave was able to get out right away, found the leak and gave me an estimate right then. He also suggested some other things that may need repairs down the road. I approved on the spot and Dave had it completed the same day. Highly recommend.

I obtained multiple estimates for roof repairs including several skylight replacements. David was very knowledgeable and I appreciated that he provided multiple options and didn't try to upsell. His prices were reasonable and the work was great. I highly recommend Lakeview Roof Service!

We hired David @ Lakeview Roofing to do some minor repairs to our roof on a 15 year old house we bought a few months ago. The original roofer neglected to put rain diverters in the roof system and as a result there was some damage to some of the ends of the fascia boards. From the first call to the completion, David was very professional, friendly and polite. It is obvious he is very knowledgeable about his trade and about roof systems. He returned calls, text messages and emails quickly. He showed up when he said he was going to, and even called one day well before the time he was to show up to advise he would be a bit late and this was only because of Bridge traffic!!!! This quality of service unfortunately is pretty much non existent nowadays in the trades in Kelowna. And..........his price was good too. Finding trades in Kelowna with this level of service and work is rare as a lot of trades that we have found since moving here don't even bother responding to emails or phone calls. I have absolutely no hesitation at all in highly recommending David and his company Lakeview roofing for all your roofing needs.

So very grateful for the fantastic service - so professional and so thorough. Quick to identify the various deficiencies on my roof - took photos of all the problem areas and took the time to explain the best way to be proactive to ensure I was watertight.
