Had our roof done 10 years ago from Ryder Roofing and are now finding more issues with the poor job they did. At the time of hiring they were also hard to deal with. DO NOT HIRE THEM!

This company took $23 504.25 as deposit from my parents for a metal roofing on Sept. 20, 2019 but as of today May 28, 2020 the owner Ryder Greg delayed and did not call us back when the job will be done and did not bother responding. Their …

Edited Review (original below) After <4yr I have a leak, Ryder will not return any attempt I have made to contact them over the last several weeks. They state a 10 year workmanship guarantee on their contracts but are not honouring this, nor even communicating with me to find any resolution. This is unacceptable for a company to not stand by their work. I no longer recommend Ryder Roofing. This is the first time I've had to get a roof re-shingled and Ryder was a great company to deal with. They were prompt to quote and the price with inline with other outfits. Their product (landmark shingles) was well reviewed so I was confident in the quality of the materials used. The staff were very friendly, and they worked very hard to get my roof fixed in December. I would definitely recommend Ryder Roofing.

Brutal. Flooded the place. No compensation. Took 3 months to complete. I don't understand how since I work trades and have an understanding of timelines for when things should be done/how to be done.

We had good service but with other companies in Kelowna area there is a shortage of manpower and good trades people. The roofer was good and was able to tie 27 surface roof. Will be calling on them again next season for some additional work.

I was not sure about what company to use for my client. I had heard mixed reviews about this company but I decided to give them a try. I was not let down, they did a great job and the job was completed in the estimated time at a reasonable price!! I recommend Ryder roofing to anyone looking for an easy and efficient roofing experience!

Zero stars! Called with a leaky skylight and they said they would come by in 2-3 days. No one came by, no one called. Called and left a message: no reply. Fixed it myself. This small customer will never become a big customer!

This company hires thieves to do their work and then support the guys they hire even when confronted about it.

Did our roof no problems, they were professional and cleaned up after themselves. Roof vent flew off in the wind and they came back and put it on no charge. Definitely recommend.

I am so happy with the quality and professional service I received during my new roof installation. From the office staff to the friendly and professional roofers who were also quick, tidy and respectful around my yard. I couldn't be more satisfied. Nice job Ryder Roofing guys!

f could give 0 stars I would! You guys did a repair job just about a year ago and guess what happened tonight??? Well it started leaking all over my bed again... I asked a couple of friends who roof in other city's how long should a repair last? ALL 3 said a LEAST a COUPLE of years! Well this one hasn't even lasted a year yet... You guys half fast did a job knowing damn well it wouldn't last as long as a proper repair job so we would come back for you guys to redo the whole roof! Nice treating someone who is sick with cancer like that! If anyone ever asks me again who do go to for a repair job I'm damn sure not gonna tell them to go to Ryder roofing.. Ryder roofing hahha more like creedy roofing
