  I called several times to get a roof repair quote and was not called back for about a week. After I spoke with Arturo he said he would send a quote within the week but never sent one. I’m now searching for other companies.

  I called them they sent a young man to look at my problem, said they would email me a quote waited a week never got one so I called back the girl said have someone call me with the quote. I gave up had a different company come and fix it.

  Arturo and his crew have taken excellent care of my clients and he has gone out of his way and on days off to attend any matter we may have. He's a great guy and takes the time to go over any underlying issues. Honesty is important in this industry and I've had Arturo be very fair with clients and let them know when they honestly just need a repair. I just wanted to say thank you to you and your team for showing us excellent customer service and keeping this local business at a 5 star rating. We will absolutely continue to have you help our clients and appreciate you very much. If you need your roof inspected or help fighting the insurance company to get your roof replaced, this is the roofing company you need!

  Their team is phenomenal. We had a major leak on a commercial property and they came out same day, identified the issue, and were able to fix it quickly. Thank you guys!

  We have used Big D for many years and many roofs. Always happy with excellent service. Never had a problem.

  Had a great experience with Arturo at Big D Roofing. Excellent customer service, and dedication. Thank you Arturo for taking the time to meet on your day off and not making us feel rushed or ignorant. We had alot of questions and he helped us to make the best decision. Will be using him again for sure!

  They replaced my roof in 2011, and when I had shingles blow off in the recent storm, they came out and replaced them at no cost.

  Professional and trustworthy. A definite great experience. I researched several roofing companies and settled on Big D when a contractor friend recommended them. I’m very happy with my choice. They did all the work they promised and cleaned after themselves.
